Although paying visa fee concludes the application, you need to submit the biometric to make visa officer start processing your file.

Does the new IRCC do the same? Does it automatically show the biometric fee and study permit fee total after uploading everything?

Please so the New IRCC portal and the old one which one is good and easy for starting my application ? Because I have 35 pages of Documents to upload .

For me the process I have discussed is easier because I am habituated with this one. 35 pages is not a big deal. If the documents go beyond 4 mb in any of the sections, you will need to compress pdf. That’s it. Not a problem.

The consent is for if someone is applying on your behalf? Or if f I’m applying on my own I still need to submit consent form?

Consent Form means VFS is getting consent from you regarding using your information. Whether you apply by yourself or someone applies on your behalf, you need to submit VFS Consent form to VFS.
