Sadly true about existing the tax return money.
People even get life insurance or a 30 thousand dollar loan & waist both if them to before half a year us over. Just a waist!
Having a plan ready written out & support to follow it is key to not. Going along a spend ing it or just a big blowing it spending it spree.
S0 glad she did what was needed to focus & follow through while being curious to check things out & go step by step to get info to win at getting her goals accomplished!!
      Praise the Lord!!

@mizzmollythose who get a large refund from earned income are usually in a lower income tax bracket. If they’re living in poverty the last thing they are concerned about is investing in stocks. Let’s be honest, most folks no matter their class are ignorant of wealth building. It is more important to look wealthy than to build wealth.

If it was a story about Becky, she would get all the accolades and be the best thing since sliced bread. Average BM can't stand a successful BW who doesn't need him. Ladies, marry you a man who is on your level and wants to see you succeed. Let Becky & Maria have "Tyrone".

Hi. I am a new subscriber. I'm 51 years old, a single parent of one 17 year old daughter and I was fired from my job June 29, 2020 with no explanation. I was always taught to work hard and prided myself on doing so. Being a hard worker, I never imagined that I would be let go from a position. I am usually always the first one in the office and the last one to leave. I was taught to go the extra mile, do more than the next - and that will keep me employed. I started working somewhere around 17 years old and followed the path that I was taught. To do that and to now find myself at a place where I am unemployed (absolutely NO EARNED INCOME) is crushing and confusing. At 51 years of age when I should be considering how and when to retire, I have to basically start over. I don't know what I'm going to do. I just know I have to do SOMETHING very quickly, but I have to go at it with a different mindset. With that in mind, I've stumbled across your TH-cam channel. Over the next few days as I continue to look for employment, I am going to binge watch your videos to try to come up with some concept of how I can do things differently than I have for the past 25 years. The young lady in this video has been very insightful. I admire her tenacity and compassion. Thank you for the content.

If you worked hard for them, work harder for you. Find your passion and connect it to a meaningful purpose. Evaluate your skills, gifts, and talents and ask yourself what your contributions were to the jobs and what you learned from your jobs and realize that jobs are only meant to be for those reasons and for a season. I have never taken even a picture to put on a desk to any job I worked because I never wanted to get comfortable. Use what you now have to create your future. It's okay to get " A temporary job" and do what you need to do for now to gain immediate income, but keep in mind that it's temporary and don't let it distract you from setting your goals and focusing more on making your dreams reality rather than you making someone else's dreams reality. Look ahead and don't focus on your age. You know can still do this for you because you were still doing it for them. Be blessed!

Also, it is so resembling that you mentioned you never put a picture on your desk because I follow that same philosophy . When I was fired I only had myself and my bag to remove from the office. LOL. Your words are so timely and confirming. They will become a part of my story as I search for my purpose in this journey called life.

This is the same thing me and my husband have done! Its so simple, and that's the issue. Its so simple that people don't think it can be done. It's BASIC MATH! It's not the garbage math they teach us in school! SIMPLE BASIC MATH!

His and Her Money, I like your TH-cam channel because it is very inspirational. I really like this single mother's story, but most importantly I like the compassion the single mother shows toward others. Although she is in business to make money, she has a heart for the people!

I’m a real estate investor and also started in 2009 with no experience and her journey matches exactly what I went thru. She is legit and It’s refreshing to listen to her story. Only different thing I do is I fix my own houses. Lots of work but tons of saving and avoid the contractors headache. There is a lot of good info here guys and I would love to also teach people how to do this.

Everything she said is correct especially about it being a contractor’s market. I would like to mention that the home may come with back taxes and a water bill that has to be paid. Also since people had been stealing electricity and gas, you may have to get DTE (the electric & gas company) to dig underground to connect their gas line to your home in order to get heat. That costs the home owner about $300. Also they have to put the electric meter on the back of the home bc people sometimes will steal them. I know bc I’ve experienced some of these with being a home owner in Michigan.
