When Rainer married Grace Kelly, she brought her class, style, artisan friends, influential friends, to Monaco. Thanks to Grace, the economy improved and Monaco is the most expensive place in the world 🌎 to live. Monacos small, so there isn't much real estate to buy, even high rises, driving prices up.
