Aloha, Jason from Hawaii. I received a Blackbeard earlier this month for my birthday and I’m loving it. The package never had the unlock code for me to obtain the pro modes. I emailed your customer service and was told that only the 1st 1000 people who purchased the Blackbeard were only able to get it. Now this video is up 19 hours ago and you just advertised that the unlock codes come with the Blackbeard. How do I obtain the unlock code that was supposed to be in my package? Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Mahalo.
Interested to see how they would accommodate multiple shots, can't rack the slide all the time. Interestingly enough I asked about something like this, was curious if and how I could do bill drills. While my SIRT pistol flashed at every shot, I found myself looking for the laser dot and not really practicing the best way. IR would be better.
I purchased this system and am very pleased with the accuracy and quality. I have one question that I could not find the answer to. What is that electronic gizmo at the bottom of the larger tripod? I look forward to getting more into the training.
Just got the standard kit that comes with the portable kit for Christmas. My laser will not fire. Not manually or in the chamber. I think the batteries are dead but I did see a small black plastic disc on the small end. I thought it might be there to keep the batteries from discharging until sold. I removed it and the unit still will not fire. I cannot find any instructions on how the batteries should be loaded or if the black disc should be removed or not. I have not heard back from your email support in a few days. Where can I get help?
Can you use the mantisx in conjunction with the laser academy. I have both and it will be nice to us moth so you know what you are doing wrong while getting the shooting experience with the laser
The two are not currently integrated, but you can certainly use them at the same time if your phone/tablet allows this. Otherwise, you may need two phones/tablets to run both apps simultaneously.
I bought a package recently and I have some issues. I use a samsung phone and the picture I get is all crappy red, the camera doesn't see the laser, but I do so I'm sure it works. Do you have a trouble shooting page or anything on sertain camera settings I need to look at....basicly anything please.?
hi there, i‘m interested in buying one of these systems, but what makes me wonder: is it realistic to shoot from such a close distance to the target? greetings from Tirol/Austria
I just purchased the kit. When I do any duel mode the left target registers a shot immediately after the beep. Any suggestions? Will it work with a sirt pistol? Any suggestions for a auto reset for a glock 48?
Most modern firearms are safe to dry fire with. We always suggest checking with your owner's manual or reaching out to the manufacturer to verify. They may suggest that you use snap-caps to prevent any damage.

The tripods are manufactured by another company and they include a remote to adjust the volume of your phone. It's not used with Laser Academy.

Will this system damage the firing pin??

Will it only work with the provided targets?
I think it has to be their targets with the QR codes as it uses those to recognize the targets. However, you can print them off yourself.
