Do I have to plug in any cable to the socket of the water cooling system if I use other fans? Because with the other fans (Lian Li SL120 V2) I already have a hub to control the fans. But I don't know if the liquid in the water cooling system still ciculates.
Hey guys im currently trying to set this up with my NZXT h9 flow case on the top wanting it to push the air through the radiator up the top which way dos the air flow? is it the part where the NZXT is or the bottom part? very confused xD (First build)
You only need the cables that were attached if you use the included fans, right? If I need different fans, the cable management has to be different, right?
im getting a simlair nzxt cooler and I'm using lian li fans instead and I was wondering If I just plug the USB header that comes out of the breakout cable into the motherboard? since I'm not gonna be using the fan hub
Can you explain how you connected the Lian Li fans to the breakout cable and motherboard? I'm using Thermaltake fans and want to make sure I connect correctly. Thanks!
@@taz7173 I ended up connecting the fans that are on the aio the the cpu fan header on my motherboard and I ordered lian li’s extra cable kit which came with a cable that plugs into the fan hub controller for the rgb and I plugged the 3 pin connector that comes off the breakout cable to pump fan 1
Okay thank u. I bought a case but the fans did not come with a light and I want something that matches the light with kraken 360 rgb. What recommendations in the fan
🔶Help please! when I adjust the plastic backplate, and put the motherboard vertically (without kraken installed), not adjust at 100%. Dance like a 1 or 2 mm not adjusted. Backplate can move a little bit. Is it normal?? thanks for your replay
I think the one connect to aio is optional, it depends on what fans you using… like Lian li sl infinity which is you can put it together to have one cable…
Installing the cooler was easy to do the cables are easy to coordinate when you watch this video but one part of this video powered it doesn’t show what cable you need to plug in into the usb splitter I looked In the instructions to get it
My current build I am working on is an anti-RGB build. The lack of twice the cables with no RGB is nice. The only RGB in my build is the MSI logo on my Mobo, which I'm hoping I can just turn off, lol.
The only difference is a better LCD screen on the block. The Elite does not cool better than the standard. However, I have a feeling NZXT makes a lot of money off people assuming Elite = better performance.
You should get the original. It is a great cooler. The difference with the elite is that the screen is fullscreen, the pump is bigger, and is more silent and performs a bit better. You save a lot of money if all you care about is performance.
I mean, "yes" in that it can cool that CPU as well as the best coolers on the market that aren't a custom liquid solution with more radiators. Without tweaking the voltage down on the CPU, you will likely hit TJ max when running something like cinebench.
@@NorthernChaos I am no expert in this domain, but if it isn't made of liquid metal then a little spill shouldn't damage anything, also these products are tested so if it was a problem then the company would have reduced the amount of paste :)
This video show simple and clearly. Thank. I got white color KRAKEN 360 rgb yesterday. But, the longest black screws only included 11 for 3 fans.
Do you have to install drivers or just the cam app
dmn that sucks man. i just installed mine but luckaly i had all 12 screws ;)

Yeah front of fans pull air, unless you get a reverse fan thingy that some brands sell with their fans
Can I leave out the entire cable that was attached to the water cooling base if I use other fans?
@@toxiclolli4451 yes you can

My fans wont spin when i daisy chain the wired together. I put the wire on my Aio cooler pins on my mobo still nothing
I plugged mine into AIO pump on motherboard instead of CPU fan, was that wrong???
If i change the fans on the kraken elite can I use my case fan rgb/fan hub instead of the nzxt one?
yes
pretty sure that works but ive never tried it myself
It works I built my computer 2 months ago and very happy. Built it like a week after
is the processor is over clocked during testing?
Hello u can change the color fan ?? Multicolor or is only white color ?
Hi you can change any color with it’s software NZXT CAM

you can with the software
Can i use it with every motherboard ?
Is it sufficient for intel i9 14900k plz answer me
ye ofc
What is the difference kraken x73?
Thats the older version of this. We just have the Elite and Non-Elite now for LCD. That and the X73 is the infinity mirror version.
And whats the difference between the Elite and the regular?@@Farmsy__

did you test it while it was in the case because your video is misleading?
How to replace liquides in this waterblock ?
You don't replace liquid in these AIO. They are made so it lasts at least 3 years
you dont need to replace the liquid. AIOs are not built to be opened and refilled. They are sealed for life so you never need to refill.
Can I use it with a amd ryzen 7 7800x3d????
yess
yes. It is compatible with Ryzen 3s, 5s, 7s, 9s, and the Threadripper if you're rich, so basically all the AMD cpus
Wait can u add like a gif on the cpu cooler or no

yup but you will need the elite version of the kraken if you want fullscreen
should i buy the original kraken or elite ?

in the radiator
No thermal paste needed?
Think it’s already pre applied on the cooler. Plastic covering over the metal piece
