am tired lookinh type welding like that. if u don't use filler rod when u finishing it will be undercut. i am doing vapor blaster at this monent all structures stainless steel. i bought upgrade tacking welding on ali expess only 75 usd. 1.5 mm thickness hollow with using filler rod intermittent welding . i set 150 mili second pulse time on. main amp 150-170 amp. just one shot filler rod can be melted.
Hindi mo kailangan magpalit ng hose...pag ang bakal ay manipis lang ilalagay mo lang cya sa mababang ampirahe or maganda I testing mo muna cya sa manipis na bakal kung mabubutas cya.basta mahalaga sa ampirahe ka mag focus..at on of ang pag welding mo wag mong ifufull welding dahi mabubutas cya.

Mas essa soldagem do cara está errada baixa penetração e deprimida, super fraca quebraria fácil. Ideal seria digamos um pulso por segundo de 1/3 de segundo em 3x a potência que usaria para soldar sem ser pulsada. Exemplo: metalon 1.2mm usaria 60A normal, então pega isso x3 dá 180A. Regula para 1Hz (um pulso por segundo) a 33% (máquina usará 1/3 de segundo a 180A e 2/3 a, digamos, 10A) e sempre use vareta de adição. Daí se for muito diminuí o tempo de pulso ou a amperagem e vai testando até achar uma configuração que confortável para você.
