Isnt pure enhancement better then your hybrid build?Better singletarget, parry, better armor % and buffs to your melee party members?

the reason Lightning Shield has a 1 sec cd with that rune is so you use it for the AoE, not just getting auto attacked.
39 is the number of wild offering you need
if you would get the + armor talent maybe you wouldn’t be a paper :P
