Shell is truely a highly innovative company. I think this process is more transparent and easier to process than previous recruitment process. For us who applied for 2016 Shell Graduate programme and have completed the On-line assessment exercise since 10 months ago, and our application has been reviewed only to be told that no available vacancy in our skill pool area, location or starting time, we should endorse and embrace this new concept. For people like me, I just want to work for Shell because I want to be part of a global organisation that offers a wide array of opportunities.

I wonder why there is no initiative by Royal Dutch Shell (or actually any other company like shell) to CHECK THE CANDIDATE'S TECHNICAL OR CORE Knowledge. You people are hiring for a technical job, atleast see if the person is TECHNICALLY competent enough. Merely JUST analysing on the basis of BEHAVIORAL is not what was expected!

SHELL chooses who does the Video and who gets off the list earlier
