Shell New Lens Scenarios

The New Lens Scenarios explore how economic, political and social forces might shape the global energy system and environment over the 21st century. As we consider two possible versions of the future, we apply "lenses" that help bring our volatile world into sharper focus. Shell has been developing scenarios to explore the future and deepen its strategic thinking for 40 years. They draw on wide-ranging expertise from inside and outside the company and over time have gained a global following among governments, academia and business. Published in 2013, Shell's latest scenarios consider economic, political and social developments over the coming decades, with consequences for energy developments over half a century.

Is this basically agenda 21? I'm not against the idea, if anyone might think so... I've just seen a lot of commercials about sustainable development and I know about the book that's been published by the UN in the early 90s. I'm only seventeen and I want my future children to have a good life as well as my grandchildren and generations to come. In case anything "happens" to the population, it will still be good in the long run. a good fresh start with this planet is what it needs.
