Sorry, I haven't forgotten about you! I'm fairly sure there's a built-in RTSP protocol option built into the app but will need to check. It's currently installed at a different location.

My advice is to check your notification settings in the App first and switch them all on. If the app has them turned on, double-check the phone's app section>Notifications and make sure they are switched on there.
These cameras are really Great !😂, i have 4, mines came already set up, just had to charge the battery, easy installed, the 'app' you control the cameras, the customer service is also very good 😂, they respond to my questions every time in a timely manner. You can also cut off the flood lights and alarm in the app if you dont want it to sound every time a motion. A Very Good investment, I purchased this cameras to Replace 'Blink' securitycameras! Their Batteries drain too fast ! Thankyou for your review .😂😂😂❤❤❤
Very well done review! When it comes to security, I'm not convinced that solar is enough, especially in the winter months and with so many features that the system offers.
Thank you! I appreciate the feedback. One thing we've found is that the solar panel will keep the battery topped up providing it receives a lot of strong, direct sunlight. In the winter the battery does require some help either via a portable battery or connecting it to a mains supply directly.
Hey there, I've got anran cameras. I can see the picture in the preview boxes. But on the main screen, it says encode not support. And there is no picture. Do you know what the problem is? I'm trying to connect it to the dvr.

I currently have a blink camera. One feature that I absolutely hate about it, is that when it is triggered you are not able to go to live view until it has stopped recording an event. Are you able to switch to live view on this?
This solar battery camera seems to be a useful acquisition for the homeowner . I am surprised at all the things this camera seems to do that will make it a very useful item. I like your clear information about this unit.
Mine can go way out to the street that id say is 100+ feet.has a bunch of settings to dial in the correct actions you want. I got one for neighbor on Walmart for $57. It's been a year or so.

so the water (rain/snow) get's on lens and distorts images. any way to fix. I made a deflector but it's a temp fix
No, sadly you have manually clean the lens if that's the case.
Is the definition in UHD clear enough to pickup license plates at 10-15’?
It should be able to given the right conditions during the day. At night I find number plates reflect too much light

How far from the camera will the pir sensor be triggered
It will trigger at about 30 feet if the camera is between 7 to 10 feet off the ground.
