Nice vid. Did the WRT a few years back on my 990 and loved it. That MOAB mud is a real thing.... especially on big bikes with the so-so off-road tires so many guys ride. I did it a couple years later my WRR when wet and spent half the trip pulling guys on overloaded ADV bikes out of muddy messes. Always enjoy your vids....thanks for dropping.
Been to Moab twice for riding the "enduro" routes.... Its one of my favorite places on Earth 😁If I was an ADV rider I'd 100% be looking for routes like this... 👍
Late fall in the desert is so epic! Im 2 hours away from Moab and I'm pulling the Timbersled out of storage today. Maybe a Snowchimps trip to the San Juans this year?!
Wow! If you are that keen then you are not right in the head, but we'll have you! :P We post our trips in That Moto App's Events Module. We'll be in Utah in April, but not Moab. We're venturing out again! There is just so much goodness in that state. Visit us in TMA?
@ I’d like to explore the Capital Reef area, but sadly I’m going on cruise to Alaska in May and I’ll be sledding in Sicamous/ Revy all winter, so I don’t think I can swing another trip. I’ll keep it in mind though.
We tried in the spring. The 890 was too fat to get past a pinch point. We defiantly could go back there on either smaller bikes, or with a willingness to move some smaller rocks to get past the squeeze. What bikes were in your crew?
@@peterlv We were trying to go from Chicken Corners to Lockhart. There was a sign and everything. The pinch was a nasty bit of basketball boulders and the only "smooth" way up at the time was in a small squeeze of rock. I bet loose area like that change regularly. Or, perhaps this was just a connector trail. We'll be back!
Nice!! Thanks for taking me along!! I rode this trail in 2014 on my 570 Husaberg, good times!!

That White Rim trail is very high on my bucket list!!! Another great video!!
Another amazing video. Well done...!!
What a route and looks like you had some hero dirt though it looks like it would be on the sandy and loose side if dry. Excellent ride👍

Absolutely Spectacular!!!

Time to put some winglets on the bike Andrew 😂 Just cruising!
I did white rim this year. Got blocked at the river crossing so I went all the way around the other way. Got every dimes worth out of that permit.
I would’ve drove 40hrs from St. Catharines to ride with the Chimps in Moab! Was there in the spring. Love it there. I’ve been six times so far.

@@DirtChimps I think you are thinking about different trail. Lockhart Basin doesn't have a pinch point. It's a fun ride on adv bike.

I'd come do a line with TMA 😂
Man that looks like an epic ride, loving the Moab vids 🤘🏼
Thanks man! Maybe we'll see you down there in the Spring? :)
@andrewthompson2008 that would be pretty awesome!!
