- Hello Familia! This is Part 2 of our Bicol Series and we are exploring more of this beautiful province and countryside. This episode takes us to the more 'off the beaten path' and less touristy areas of the Philippines. We honestly couldn't believe that there were barely any people to the places where we went to. We visited Subic Bay (Sorsogon Bicol area) known for its pink beach. We also went snorkeling with the biggest fishes ever! And the secluded waterfall really took us to a different world. There's so much more to this episode so you just have to watch it. And I hope you guys enjoy the show!

I think the Bicol region needs to advertise more of what we can see in their region. We are not even aware that these wonderful places exist in the Bicol region. No wonder there are hardly any tourists in those places. The tourists simply don't know that those places exist.

Bicol is so underated, Sorsogon is also the only spot in the country for whale shark Butanding swimming aside from Oslob, Cebu, and there i is also Calaguas island for super white sand beach.

It was an ecological reserve where travelers were able to get into the water and feed the fish. There is no threat to them because people are not allowed to harm the fish there. It was a really incredible experience.

I was born and grew up in Ilocos Norte as a Kid. I spent my teenage years in Batangas. Then I took my college degree and has been working here in Manila for more than 20 years. I have travelled to many provinces for work.
If you're like me that grew up from other provinces then you may not like what I am about to say, "Bicolanos are the friendliest and most hospitable Filipinos in the Country." 😉

Nice my dad is from bicol naga only been to the Philippines 4 times, definitely magayon (maganda) only 2 words I know lol. Definitely got hit up the Philippines again but prices are ridiculous flying out there. Hopefully next year

The most beautiful here is the waterfalls, its rock cliffs and its unspoiled foliage. 👍

North Samar is where you should go. Despite not being a well-known province, N. Samar has a lot to offer and has never been visited by foreign vloggers. In addition to Pink Beach's crystal blue water, Rock Formations, Caverns, waterfalls, and a relatively leisurely pace of provincial life, it contains these features.

Ive seen the beaches there in Sorsogon when I was a kid back in the 1970s its pure white sand beaches I remember it was like paradise and its deserted , Many years later I went back there with an at ex gf especially in Matnog Sorsogon its developed and it has a resort cottages and just like before there was no people.. I think Bicol should advertise their place because there's so many hidden gem out there from Camarines Albay to Sorsogon and its so beautiful out there in that region.

Ube is a root crop . Like the potatoes, they multiply in the ground. Ube is also tarot like the one in Hawaii.Another root crop is the singkamas in Ilokano, Turnip in English and Jicama in Mexican.

I'd like to encounter fishes personally, its good experience and adventure. White sand there is like in Boracay. You go also to Caramuan Beach in Naga, Cam Sur where the series "Survivor" was shoot (location)...

Hi cristina and family pls. Visit also Bacolod city in october for their masskara festival one of the most festive and vibrant festival in the philippines. Bacolod city is also known as the city of smiles and the sugar capital of the philippines and the home of chicken inasal. There's so much to explore in Bacolod city. Take care familia. 🇵🇭

Some says that Bicol region is a virgin island because it wasnt really explore by some specially Catanduanes theres a lot of beaches in every municipality, local brngy that really wasnt explore.

there's ticao island, burias and masbate..etc..places tourist virgin. enjoy sorso..the food..seafood..the farmers are proud tilapia, oyster farmers..if you go further south its iloilo..bacolod and cebu..if you want to explore bicol more..theres an island to the right called catanduanes.
Sometimes I think our 3 day trips just aren't enough to really explore some of these regions. Hopefully we will be able to take longer trips eventually. Thank you so much for your suggestions and for watching the vlog 😊

Ahh Bicol place huh, northern part of Manila or something. You're right they do not understand the concept of AMERICANS AND other foreign countries think of vacations. However, local tourism is also popular. Unbelievable those fish do that being so close to humans reminds me of LAKEMEADS LAS VEGAS HOOVER DAM EXCEPT ITS FRESH WATER FISH BEING FED WITH POP CORN.

I have a suggestion you should have your kids do a reaction to PPOP boy band sensation clean music reaction music videos from a song called MA'PA, what, BAZINGA, WYAT or where you at?, and the latest GENTO MUSIC VIDEO filipino are obsessed with kpop music but now they have their own PPOP CULTURE. IT would probably help generate more views for you guys and not only that your kids might want to do their own tik tok dance to build their own videos.

It is a sports complex, I believe they use it for training of different athletes and to also host competitions.
Surely Bicol region what of the best places to go not only on beaches but also hot springs at Tiwi. Also...Do you know there is 2nd most historical sites besides Intramuros. This the Corregidor Island when the Spanish Era is an Island fortress of the Spaniards where all ships coming to the Philippines to declare their goods and people before entering the proper Manila the Intramuros. Then during the American Era it became the very first American Base headquarters for Asia Pacific. It is the office of General Douglas McArthur. The Corregidor Island is filled with anti-aircraft batteries and 20 foot Malinta tunnel for weapon artillery and hospital. The island has beaches and it can be access by water shuttle beside the Mall of Asia Esplanade Avenue.

I live in the North East part of the US, where cold and winter season are long . When spring , summer are approaching we long for the beach and the sun. Everytime we visit the PH, we hit the beach and we get the same comment . So I asked where should we go then ? This person said, you should go to the casino hahaha. 😂some people don’t realize how lucky they are that they are surrounded by this kind of nature.
