My knowledge of Spanish is very limited, so I can’t judge objective value, but subjectively: I prefer the Mexican dub for Ed, because it feels the most urgent, genuine, and emotional; and the Spain dub for Al, since it’s very reminiscent of Truth’s voice (and we saw Truth take Al’s entire body when he remembers his first experience in the Gate). I'm pretty sure Truth just speaks with Al's regular speaking voice in this scene in every version, even in japanese and english. But I do agree that Ed's Mexican performance and Al's Spanish performance do sound the best subjectively. The mexican dub is my personal favorite because of how genuine and desperate Edward sounds. Especially at the end.
