Why don’t they go to court and let the niece be the legal guardian instead of strangers.

The niece mentioned on The View that the family was interviewed to see who'd be a good fit for guardianship, but then they were suddenly "shut out" (her words). My gut is telling me there is more to the story that isn't being said. 🚩✨️

agreed. this was the best interview so far. everybody is talking about how wendy was able to agree to the documentary in her state of mind. it's been discussed by people on the view etc but no one actually asked the niece this question. No one ever asked her about The Wells fargo accusations against her son until now.

Wells Fargo isnt controlling anything. They froze her ascount because they felt the purchases were fraudulent, then they turned it over to the court system
Because she didn’t have control over her life and going through a divorce. Her son was spending large amounts of money while she was in Florida. So the bank flagged this as a concern. Given she has millions they definitely will protect her assets.

My mom used to always watch this when i was growing up. I was never a fan and i know shes a very controversial person. But man to see such a full of life and vibrant woman to go from what she was to what she is now. I wouldnt wish that in my worst enemy. I hope she gets well soon

They need to give guardianship back to the family. If she has dementia how does it make sense that only Wendy can contact the family but the family can’t contact Wendy.

@@4dyamondx745 the happy medium would be to split the financial guardianship and the personal guardianship. Personal guardians are in charge of things like medical choices and her living location, and usually go to family. The financial guardians are professional business firms. They are the ones who should disburse money for her upkeep and give annual audits to the court.

I don't think anyone is going to judge Wendy Williams for her actions on her show. I give her credit for always speaking her truth about herself. She is going through a lot with the diseases that she is dealing with. I have compassion and empathy towards her. God guides, comforts, and heals her in all aspects of her life.I am sad to see her unable to help herself, but God is keeping her safe. I am looking forward to seeing her documentary. No condemnation towards her from me. I love Wendy Williams. ❤

The niece clearly states that she didn’t want her aunt to do the documentary. It was Wendy that signed off - and her guardian allowed her to sign off on it. Otherwise, they would have never started filming in the first place.
The niece is purposely speaking out so that she can clear the air on concerns and rumors that have been roaming all around the internet.
She is doing an excellent job. And at some point, I hope her family can get more involved in the affairs of her health services. Which she has also made clear.
They want nothing to do with her money. They have their own money. It’s the affairs surrounding her health that they are most concerned about.

One of the ways I know she wasn’t protected for this documentary is that Wendy would never be seen in public without wearing a wig and yet here she is, talking to Black Chyna in the documentary without her armor, her protection . It may seem like a small thing but I think many black women would understand.
@@Jamietheroadrunner I used to watch her and I remember her love for wigs. Also all the poor celebrities are always manipulated used and Abused and then suddenly they die with a big questions. Again and again.
This is really sad to see a once healthy and vibrant woman be like this. She may have talked about a lot of people, but she never made fun of someone's mental, physical health, or addictions. I hope she gets the help she needs.

She definitely has done those things but still, she is suffering so much now and one deserves that. The documentary shows that her life is literally a nightmare now. She has no one to trust. Not even her own son.. wow.

THIS is where "her circle's" real motives start to show. Some will disappear, some will try and become "extra" involved, etc etc. Pray she will be surrounded by real ones only from this point on.
That Halloween fall, I believe Wendy had a stroke. Kevin talked about this he said they didn't even want to call an ambulance for Wendy.After that fall she was never the same I used to watch her show everyday. So I seen the change in her speech.
Mercy, mercy. My mom just had a stroke and her speech is not the same. She is able to stand and use her limbs. Some of my family is pressing her to get and go but she needs time to regain function. Its not a snap of the finger thing. I believe for Wendy she is taking her time to improve her health before returning to her career.

Everyone needs to have medical instructions written out for close family members in case they have a stroke. Strokes can leave you reduced to an infant again, no speech, diapers etc... Everyone needs to express their wishes in writing in case that happens.
She was never the same after she spoke against getting the jabb then they put pressure on her to get it she did then down heel from that evilness.
Her haveing a stroke on tv was crazy.. it really messed her up.. it was insane she continued witht he show.. Id love a drs opinion on what happened there.. that wasnt just dehydration...

Wells Fargo does not. They realised she was unwell and making large transfers to the vultures around and asked the court to appoint someone to stop her exploitation. The guardian is NOT Wells Fargo. They’re just the ones who blew the whistle and thank God because she’s be broke and homeless by now.
Wells Fargo is pure evil to sum it up.
If "family" triggered the original red flag that caused Wells Fargo to freeze her accounts, that's going to be a helluva hurdle to overcome after the fact. I just hope that her assets are being used for HER - and not being misdirected to the benefit of her "caregivers" (as we saw with Britney Spears). A wealthy person's health crisis shouldn't be allowed to turn into a financial windfall for someone else.

It’s absolutely crazy how quick Wendy’s health has deteriorated. Poor woman.
So sad .Her son loves her and would be the best fit for his mom. Her family has her back.
He loves her so much he turned up for lunch an HOUR late, knowing it would be filmed. Wendy thought he'd stood her up. She radiated joy when he finally appeared. But he didn't show much love in return.

Stress can also accelerate illnesses: so many of her personal misfortunes converged into the perfect storm all at once, unfortunately. A sad situation.

Her son might be part of the problem. He should have applied to be her guardian before the bank got involved but was apparently too busy siphoning money with his dad instead. He was reportedly staying in a fancy Miami penthouse as a student while his mom was being filmed by paparazzi aimlessly wandering the streets of New York.
I have lymphedema and that connection with Wendy was inspiring bcuz she didnt let it stop her spirit!

@@MacchiatoSwirlGirl lymph nodes are being blocked by fatty tumor like deposits of fat that continue to grow bigger in my skin. Dercums Disease causes my lymphedema, swelling, pitting, leaking lymph fluid thru my skin recently. Compression, massage and the right combo of meds allows me to feel ok.
I think all this crap is BS….. weird that all of her family and friends agreed to interact with Wendy and cameras, but now wanna cry wolf…..

Claims no access to her on the View. However then the family is seen on the documentary interacting with her. Showing her in the most vulnerable state...no wig....Wendy wouldn't ever be seen without it.
My thinking is they agreed to the documentary so as to show everything to the world. In another interview the niece mentioned shooting for the documentary ended sometime last year and she hasnt seen Wendy in over 9 months and is not sure where exactly Wendy is. Rules regarding conservatorships need to be analysed. Why wasnt the niece or sister asked to be the conservatorship? Regarding the hair, Wendy always talked about why she was wearing wigs on her show. My only question is if she already had a diagnosis of dementia at the taping of this documentary did she really consent to be interviewed and aired?

As a nurse who happens to be black, I know this will help many families, especially black families. We have been hiding these types of struggles for a long time. We must stop dealing with these types of struggles on our own, often hearing, "Just pray about it".
That's interesting that you think that.. this seems like such an invasion of her privacy to air out her medical dealing to the public from my perspective.
@@yulnikita I’m not sure if you have ever worked with anyone with early stage dementia especially those with long term alcohol and drug use but they usually know what they want when coherent. They are not always demented. People go for years before even family know it. I also work with nonprofits and many that have gone through the struggle want to share their story. As a public figure she will help so many. She has a conservator so at least the money will be there to give her the best care. She will still get paid from the documentary.
@@misscathyleads Yes I'm not a nurse but I was a caregiver for 8 years so I can attest to the confusion not being a constant depending on where the patient is medically. I never followed her or her journey but this almost seems like its stripping her away of her dignity and her ability to have some privacy in this. Its hard to struggle in front of all the world to see especially when everyone is nog going to be kind or empathetic towards her. I understand what you're saying though that the documentary could serve a greater purpose. It just feels wrong to me because of how vulnerable she is but that's just my view

The niece gave such a tactful, thoughtful and encouraging response to the question about Wendy's career revival. She seems like a very emphatetic and level-headed person and I'm glad Wendy has her in her life right now.

It’s hard not to feel really sorry for WW. I worked as an RN as a case manager in social service’s with all sorts of tragic stories. Its extremely hard to assign a persons control to a temporary guardian but it’s designed to protect the persons personal assets. I suspect they have some evidence that a family member is possibly taking advantage of her. If she’s got this incurable progressive disease she may need those assets to pay for her care. I would caution not to vilify any court appointed guardian, it’s a difficult job and they are usually some of the most dedicated professionals I’ve ever worked with.
A human being, a woman, and a soul that belongs to God is broken. Wendy Williams is suffering in her illness, a broken heart and the brokenness of spirit. Much prayer for her. She’s human and suffer as many do.
Alot of celebrities go through this ,just like everybody else who go through it. Deliverance is the word. Prayer!

i dont know how all the docters come up all out of a sudden with all these diagnoses for her just so they can work on her $$$money too. After she has been broken down by the people around her and the system. She already explained multiple times in a video to have been stolen from all she has and her husband had done her much wrong. She is still clearly in a state of shock that went more so downhill.

Alcohol is very dangerous, even worse when mixed with other substances. As someone who worked in a hospital, I’m not shocked. I see same people keep coming back for the same problem. I’ve seen people die, a lot younger than Wendy like in their 30’s. Also I lost a friend from alcohol at age 44. She drank every day.

It may be helpful to be able to differentiate between parasocial relationships from real relationship. We don't know a person through a screen anymore than we know any other stranger thus we have no knowledge of what their feelings or wants are, as opposed to those who are in their daily lives and have actually known them intimately for decades.

I remember some years back i knew a older man from jersey he always spoke about how he knew wendy when she was a kid and teen and remembered when she was in college he's deceased now but he always said he knew she would become who she became she always had a big personality

Early stage patients with dementia can still make CERTAIN sound decisions. Anything further than early stage dementia will certainly change decision making. I meet with Aprox 25 dementia patients weekly. From mild to severe.

It's so sad seeing Wendy so unwell. Would have appreciated understanding how one treats this disease. Is there inpatient residential treatment? What facilities help in this type of situation if a family member cannot take care of such a patient. This would be more helpful for a documentary.
Illness regardless of your history is not purchased by anyone. Wendy’s physical features have changed dramatically. I feel for her and her loved ones. It must be very painful for them, in particularly her son. May GOD have mercy on her. I pray that she experiences peace and comfort.

This feels exploitative to me. If Wendy was aware of her prognosis and made the decision to take this path, it needs to have filmed and appear at the beginning of the program. Otherwise, I am reminded of the demons in Ghost. Follow the money.
