Between the dancing and the music, this is the best modern dance I've ever seen. And the video recording is A-rate also. I love this and I'm so glad camrl was able to share it with us. One thousand thanks.

Choreographically, this work calls on earlier work--- the way Tarentino movie's call on the work of earlier film masters. Doris Humphrey, Balanchine, Massine. The mood of the 1930's 'Modern' dance. But transformed into something that the earlier choreographers reached for but did not attain. Beautiful formal patterns behind the duet figures. Powerful the way a Clyfford Styll painting is powerful.

Check site grupocorpo com br. There I see that the music is made by Marco Antonio Guimaraes over Bach´s work. The site has an email for contact. See (portuguese section) "obras", Bach and "apresentacao".

    to victoria rose:
    you are made of love
i'd say you carry the love

music's mood and movement do not flow? great dancers and the guy coming from the wooden sticks is fantastic but...still I believe in the choreographer. much luck to you all.
