Here in 2021. Carl's Jr is ok. Small detail, but I don't need that "handkerchief" they wrap the burger in first. I know it's their signature & that's to keep the burger together as you eat it, but I rather just remove it & hold naked burger in my hands. This happens all the time, so that means they're wasting that piece of wrapping paper on me.
There have been only negative reviews on Trustpilot. I gad a plan to eat there tomorrow, but i`m not keen on getting cold or even undercooked burgers and not keen on getting met with and arrogant staff. I will let my brother have his burger and i`ll just stick with the company. They don`t even have lettuce in the burgers. Shame on them.
