    Hi thanks for the video, i have watched many videos before you but in this one i full understand the concept. But i got 3 questions for you. 1) can we direct print on transfer paper without any modification in printer ? 2) instead of light colour you used white colour and you mentioned in one comment that white colour need extra maintenance. What is that? 3) what is the best transfer paper to use for this method ? ( What should be it GSM or microns)

    • @KingdomDTF
      @KingdomDTF  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Printer need modification to be able to grab the film and print correctly.
      Yes, white ink separate and need to shake every day and do maintenance to the print head so don't clog.
      Just use dtf transfer film for best results.

    This video is really helpful.. step by step is clearly given and I really love the printing,no cut precised designs direct plot into the garment.. you got ,5 stars for me brother.. can I ask the recommended temperature for melting after applying the powder.. and the temperature for final print... Thank you. Very much . This is very useful..

    • @KingdomDTF
      @KingdomDTF  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Cure Time:
      - HEAT PRESS: 325 F for 2-3 min or until it melted. Time and temperature will vary depending on the brand of heat press or the distance the heat plate are over your designs.
      - OVEN: 275 F for 1 minute or 1 1/2. Time and temperature will vary depending on the brand of the oven.

    • @KingdomDTF

      Is similar to vinyl since is a transfer on top of the shirt but the best part is that is durable and stretchy. If you use a decent % and press the correct way it can feel softer.

I want to buy my own printer, I have done vinyl and DTG and really looking for something that is cool like this. I am not into custom T-Shirts, not my thing- but also this helps to create other artwork... I have a UV printer, a vinyl cutter and a heat press, nothing fancy- I wanted to go to the print Expo, but the pandemic put a halt to it-maybe next time. Today is Halloween, I need to watch the whole video later to understand the whole process better.

    • @KingdomDTF

      Shake it more from film and also from t-shirt after press. Fine powder do that but is the best one for smooth designs.

    Hi, I really need help. I just converted brand new L1800 to dtf. I fully loaded with inks, and followed your acrorip settings. I made a couple of prints, but I got bad results on black tees. The prints are not vibrant, and after pressing there are little black dots all over. Like a little cracks. What might be the problem? Curing, inks, settings or something else? Thank you!

    • @KingdomDTF
      @KingdomDTF  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You need to have a solid white under base for dark garment. With time found the best result to put powder to the ink is when is a little bit dry and not wet.

    Hello. my epson xp15000 is converted to DTF and using AcroRip11. It was printing fine. All of a sudden the beginning of the printing turns out stretched. I printed an image just fine, then I wanted to print the same image again and that's when it started. Example. If I wanted to print a circular image, it would come out like an egg/oval shape. I have uninstalled the software and installed it, and still keeps printing like that. Any idea of what could be? Thank you.

      Maybe, you need to try and if work I guess will be only color inks for white or light shirts. Rip software is the one that allow to print white ink and does printer are not for that specific for dtf.

    • @KingdomDTF
      @KingdomDTF  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Verify the nozzle check, if you are missing it is possible the channels are clog. If nozzle check is good, then see if the dampers need to be clean at the tip, elevate the tank 3 or 4 inches from surface, consider re-install the software since could have an error.

      Es un híbrido, suave como dtg pero se siente un poco como vinilo, aun así, es suave. Mucha gente prefiere este nuevo método frente a otros que no lo hacen porque dicen que el diseño se siente, JA, como si no hubiera serigrafía u otros métodos que no se sienten. La gente quiere que todo sea perfecto y cada método tiene sus pros y sus contras.
