I tried the CRE C10 and C20. Even through the rechargeability is great, I found it difficult. to program these since I got a lot of feedback when I tried to adjust them. It looks like the C20 has exactly the same technology as the C10 have you found this to be true?
Matthew, how about an answer to this question and also to the obvious question for existing c10 users: Is there any reason to move to the c20s other than rechargeability -- is there any improvement in the hearing technology itself? This 'review' seems more like an ad for Sony (i.e., "if the c20s aren't right for you then maybe try the e10s...").
May work for you, did not for me. Problem is, they always tell you to wear them for several weeks to “get used to them and adjust”. However, they usually have 30 day return. One can see the problem here. One problem not easy to adjust for was the amplification of one’s own voice and activities like talking.
Thanks for this video. I have them and I’m really struggling to figure out which sleeve is the right fit for me. Can you add any further advice. I feel like the mediums are a little to tight however the small and the medium seem to work their way loose after a while of wearing them, even if I clean my ear canals really well with rubbing alcohol to make sure there’s no ear wax in them.
Do you prefer the discretion of these, or would you prefer the features of the CRE-E10? Matthew
Great review as always!!!! 🎉
Does the Sony app have the ability to upload an audiogram?

It's worth noting that these are Signias branded as Sony.
Hi Matthew. Did you manage to find out if the C20 is based on signia's ix platform or is that a closely guarded secret?

Same question here.

@@johnluiten3686 they have a 60 day return policy
Long drawn out repetitive. But well presented. Could be a third as long and have the same material presented.
Hate your horizontal wipes.
