Wearing double diapers does work if you take the first one and put holes in it for the pee to drain into the other diaper that you put on over the first one

It's not as effective these days since tons of SAP in modern disposable diapers doesn't leak as well into the outer diaper. That being said it does actually work to some degree if done correctly.
