I had one doubt.Previously we have done payment for ustraveldocs in old login id, But, the problem is that in the new login id,we are able to see the payment option which we had done before in the old login id and payment option not also not showing in the new login id...

On your login page add following to your url /appointment-confirmation/
Press Enter
You should able to see your old confirmation letter
I came to know from few people that at VAC office they are checking data base by asking dependent’s passport number and allowing for biometrics or dropbox …if u are near to any ofc center …visit once and reconfirm before appointment date.I will try to give more info about this .

Means you dont have surname in passport ..surname is blank in your passport and you are putting all given name in last name and FNU in first name for making payment through vfs credit debit card..right ?

this portal sucks. I am unable to make payment since payslip has expired. and new payslip with later expiry is not getting generated.
I paid the fee on 29 july I got the payment receipt too, but still payment is not confirmed till. I emailed them, but have not received any information or solution. Will i have to pay again by closing the current application ?
