  • Introducing the R6 Scott Road RapidBus, the sixth RapidBus line on the network and the second in Surrey. This new route will help assist the 319 and 312 on the Scott Road Corridor with increased efficiency, speed, and the benefits of a RapidBus line. The R6 is not like the other 5 Rapid Buses that have been created, as this one has a few quirks. Let’s have a look at the quirks and action from the first week of operations.

    Great video
It would be interesting to see it's current performance
now that the line has been in operation for 6 months

now that it’s a couple weeks, I wonder how that southbound R6 to eastbound 322 transfer at 124 Street is working out with 322s leaving full from either termini.

I haven't been on the 322 or the Southbound R6 yet, but it will be very interesting to see how that stop has been reconfigured.

    that doesn't look too full...
however that's probably a good thing meaning the stress on the 319 is less

@2:49 are Translink thinking of getting rid of that route or change it to a different destination?

The 391 runs down 116th Street alongside the 316, then joins the R6/319 on Scott Road to the skytrain station. It still runs, but only during peak hours.

Sounds like translink with route r6 is taking some bad lessons from both octranspo and ttc on how to design bad designed routes??
