The only ways I know are 1. Correct the problem, 2. Use an ODB scanning tool to reset, or 3. Disconnect the battery, wait 20 seconds and hook it back up. But if the problem isn't corrected it will come back.
I have a 2003 Dodge caravan sport my gas gauge simply won't work everything else works fine so is this possible on a 2003? The gas gauge always stays stuck on full.
Run this test and see if the gauge moves. If it stays stuck on full then the gauge may be broken. If it moves then goes back to full it could mean the sender on the pump in the gas tank is bad. It could also be a bad wire etc.

worked but how do I reset check engine light.. I've seen a was doing almost the same but use buttons on radio..
