Good deal for a looney. I have used the staplers quite often on dogs and even on myself a few times. You must disinfect well and not staple 100% closed. The cut should be able to ooze a little. If infection occurs, you want it to find an easy way out. The staples prick when being put in. Numbing the area with ice or snow helps prior to stapling helps. Thanks for the video.
@@AdventureswithSpackmann I'm just an idiot who has no patience for a hospital when it's only a stitch or two. I've done the needle and thread and/or suture kits, too. That can be uncomfortable and skin is thicker than you think. With regards to the dogs, we had no vet in town for the longest time. They also want to knock the dog out for every little thing. A spray bottle of "blue" and a stapler has been part of my sled dog kit for a long time.
Everyone bags on the Q-tips. They are the best thing in the world to get debris out of your eye. Any cotton fibers that get in your eye can be absorbed by your body in a few days. Much better than wood, or insects. Also useful in applying topical medication to direct points. Like salt to a leach, or coating with vaseline to put on that earwig. Also, mega props for actually knowing how to use the wire saw. They were never intended to be used as most do by "pulling" it through the wood as you saw. They were always meant to be used as a saw blade in a saw. Typically it was a frame saw use, but bow saw would work just as well. Nice review.

I love temu they have lot's of odds and ends for all kinds of stuff. Gotta remember almost everything is made in China already. Just cause it comes from temu doesn't mean it's bad quality.
I got one from Temu that was 291 piece for 19 bucks. It was worth the money. It contained a lantern, shovel and hammer/axe multi tool, in addition to what is seen here also a fire bellow. I think I have a few different survival kits, but once I put the best pieces together it works really well. I don't rely on any one kit though.
the q-tips in 1st aid kits are used for putting liquid meds in wounds instead of using your fingers or dripping liquids on wounds. those plastic tweezers are for what it is - to pull out things that embed in the skin. specially if that thing that punctured you is tiny. believe me, when something tiny goes inside your skin, it is impossible to get them out with your fingers. you will be looking for a cheap plastic tweezer.
@@AdventureswithSpackmannI just tried Temu for the first time this week. Got a nice titanium pot on the cheap. I’m still going to say “Tee-moo” though. It’s too late to change it up.
For a buck, you have something that may be customized to fulfill your needs and work well in your operating area. Where we live in the tropics, water treatment is a top priority. Water treatment tablets from the local pharmacy and a few bags to contain the water would be added. The attachment webbing on the outside begs for a tourniquet and possibly a large bandage. Some skeeters in our local carry malaria and dengue fever. We never leave home without insect protection.
Very cool! Well worth the $1 lol. That bag is is sweet. Put a little bit of oil on the pivot of that Knife and it should work great, you may have to back the screw(if equipped) a tiny bit to get it to open better. you folks have a wonderful day brother.
