Do you mean it's difficult because it's many different stitches? I like shaping stitches because I don't like to be reading a pattern. Shaping helps me because I can see what's supposed to be there. I know on row 4 I have to end up with a square after the petals, so it makes sense which stitches should be there. Not that I never screw it up, but usually at the ends I can mess up. The yarn looks like a lot of fun to use. Maybe they gave you so much extra so if you wanted to make another row of traditional granny square, you would be able to. Is there enough for that? Ya, it’s harder than a regular granny square! You make a flower, then the next row turns it into a circle. The row after that turns into a square.
I struggle with patterns that are super repetitive:i loose track of where im at!! Any suggestions
You can use stitch markers and mark the start of a repeat. Different color markers can mean different stitches
