Jack Tunney should have been #1. He did the most, by far, with the least screen time or attention drawn to himself. Jack was easily the most believable 'Authority' figure in wrestling.
He certainly played the role with an air of legitimacy, and as a kid I thought Jack Tunney had a position of power. I knew Vince McMahon was the CEO of the WWF, but honestly thought Jack Tunney handled the day-to-day operations of the shows. I did not know the term "booker", but thought that was his position; whereas Vince handled things on the corporate level.

I was lucky enough to go to a Raw live event when AJ was still the GM. She hadn't been advertised so once the surprise wore off, she got a pretty loud pop. All she did was cut a quick promo, but she was probably the most over person that night.
Unpopular Opinion: I never minded the anonymous RAW GM. I was like 11 at the time and loved the intrigue and it was proper heel heat for me looking back at it. Reveal was trash still.
I didn't mind it too much until the reveal either. People always say it was annoying, but that was the whole point. We weren't ever supposed to like it.

Many Australians feel the same way. A big reason for this is that America is a lot further to the political right. The Democrats are pretty conservative/right wing by international standards, while the Republicans are waaaaay out to the far right. Put it this way - you're far more likely to find someone in Australia or the UK who will support Bernie Sanders' policies than you are likely to find someone who will support Trump's.

Great list and yeah that number 1 is undisputed. But Bischoff is 4th with Vickie 2nd and Teddy 3rd. But that's just personal preference. The right people were in the top 5 and this wasn't a shock given you guys are generally spot on
