@malik_alharb Zane claimed to have take low dosages as compared to others ( like Arnold). Here is my response. Taking "low dosages" of powerful compounds such as dianabol, decadurabolin, primobolan etc gives gives one a tremendous advantage over someone who doesn't take steroids. In addition, Zane was well known to take a variety of thyroid compounds and other drugs to cut up etc. So, while he claims not to have relied on drugs had he not used them, he would likely never have achieved his championship physique
I understand why he doesn’t want to talk about drug use. He was a school teacher remember, and probably doesn’t want to influence people to do it. True legend and an interesting spiritual guy.

Unfortunately, in some of his recent interviews, he claims, " he did not rely on steroids and has been somewhat evasive about his usage.
I saw him at a seminar 2 weeks after the ‘80 Olympia. He freely admitted using. You can’t look like he did without gear.
