Please get the structural Engineer to tell the structural story... It's hard for an architect to tell the structural story of a building or structure.
Also the choice of steel on you graphic presentation is wrong in my humble opinion..please check.
      Good work though

Beats me how such content does not have the following it deserves yet some useless content on gossip etc have such huge following. Watching from the US

People love cheap talk. Content creators are after cheap talk, most even nit creating anything but relying on grapevine. Enock Sikolia puts in the work and is worth following.

It’s time now to focus on street level, and below ground level development of Nairobi if we are to truly become an international City. Hopefully, the County Government will invest on these.

its so DISGUSTING what the city council has done. They have built the express way and these tall buildings then left the ground under them in a Mess, with huge potholes dust and broken sewers.Uhuru Highway is WORSE than even before the expressway

Kenya is really the best 🇰🇪! A shining example not jus in architectural (road, buildings, technology) development but also DIPLOMATIC giant. Recently securing visa free entry for most African nations! Incredible! 🇰🇪 🇰🇪 🇰🇪

Hello Kenyan Historian, the legend Enoch Sikolia am great follower of your work and you're so much knowledgeable on the subject matters, very talented.... I would be glad if you read my feedback..... On addition to the great documentaries you make, what if some of your videos are made in the design Jonny Haris does his? I'm aware that we are all different but I and probably many of us out here would be glad if you personalise your videos in such a way that you appear in person explaining facts to the audience on a studio setup(colors based on subject matter), in that way I'm sure you will build a never ending attachment with us( the Audience)....... maybe it will break the notion of the documentaries/news feature looking similar to the ones made normally in our TV every Sunday 😆. .... Thanks I'm your super fun.

Impressive work my motherland. The only thing that threw me off is how the gentleman opened the curtains. Like seriously, I am sure there is a better system to open curtains with newer technology in such a magnificent building like for example, how about introducing motorized drapes or blinds to flow with the stylish building. But I guess since it is already built and complete the renters might have to come up with such standards for the windows. Otherwise great job.

@@mr.humble877 lol, i love your optimism. first they said they will finish within 6 months of opening. on top of that they initially said that the money for refurbishment was coming out of umoja expressway owners, not the tax payer. then all of a sudden, supplementary budget for 9 billion for the road. and i use it everyday, what they are doing is laughable. the sidewalks are a cruel joke, the drainage same. the road feels like you are surfing sometime due to the unevenness even after recarpeting. but marginal gains i guess. at least drone shots look good
