It always seems like those knee bars are reserved for the shorter climbers. I had a no hands rest once but it was on a slab. LOL Great climb. Hope that you and Marie are staying safe.

I actually think kneebars are more about body position than anything else - I spent a lot of time in Spain learning how to kneebar on limestone and ive found it a super helpful skill! And thanks 😊 Were both keeping well at home. Hope you’re keeping safe too!
