@@mechwolfunit0451 its the same with cavalry battailons of pomand during ww2. Today idiots think the polish charged german tanks with horses and thats why they lost because of the fact that poland had still a lot of cavalry divisions. The truth is simply they are so called ultra mobile units, they travel and move with the help of their horses and than dismount and engage the enemy as light and regular infantry. This tactic is farly effective because it allowes you to outmanover the enemy. The problem is if they have twice uf not more the number of divisions flanking the enemy is oftentimes not possible.
Been watching your channel off and on since your first If the Emperor had a Text to Speech video, now you've reacted to one of my favorite youtubers so while I don't give out many likes or comments here's one of each. If you are interested in a recommendation along the same lines as this there are his videos on Carlos Hathcock and Roy Benavidez, if you want a truly under told story I recommend his video on the 11th airborne, and if you want something to laugh at I recommend his video on Operation Beaver Drop.
bicycle is fairly fast way to move troops and cheap. we had to do 100 kilometer bicycle march for our vow at 1998. not so rare.
and doesn't make noise, trucks can be heard from far away
hmm that is true i guess I just never thought of them as that useful on a battlefield
