I went and saw Metallica in Chicago IL back in 2017 and I did not have my phone out during the whole show. My girlfriend at the time recorded it, and it was a great keepsake to have and relive that memory together. Unfortunately, that concert and those memories were and still more important to me than they were to her. Unfortunately, not only did I end up losing my phone with the recorded concert on it, but her and I are long since broken up. I don’t have the show to watch anymore, probably for good reason because it would stir up too many emotions, but i will carry that memory with me until the day I die. It’s like it was meant to be that way. The moral of the story, so many people are trying to capture the moment on their phones, and not experiencing a concert the way it should be, and they don’t form the memories like someone without a phone paying attention. Things can be lost but memories last a lifetime!!
I stoped liking Metallica when St Anger was coming out I soled my fucking over priced ticket for the concer for the half price back then. After seeing this perfomance i start again to believe in my teenage favourite band. this performance was awesome. That energy amazing.. but.. what a sad song to be honest. Regards from Germany
Everyone is watching the show behind their cell phone cameras. Why can't people take in the experience with their own eyes and not through the lens of a camera? Put them phone in your pocket and just BE.

Ironically the only reason we're seeing these popup shows is because people captured them with their phones.
