Not necessarily pullets will be all hens, sometimes there is a rooster too. Happened to me more the once.
The brooder, you made, looks good, I’m happy it’s working for you, I thought you would have problems with it, I’m sorry I said something.

Haha. I’ve heard sometimes they accidentally toss a rooster in there. I think I’m going to have problems with the brooder in a few months when it warms up and critters get more active. I’ll modify it soon! Don’t be sorry! It’s not like you were mean about it 😉
