Pretty sure the base game grain mill will make rice flour from regular rice, check at the one already on the map. Those windmill looking grain mills work well as both grain and oil mills. Lastly the corn flour and tortillas need the sell point included with the mod. You actually moused over it while checking all the sell points.

Great episode buddy. Glad to heat you're feeling better. For Long Grain Rice, you use your seeder in the Rice paddy. After it germinates, you flood the field. You have to do that more than once, like regular rice. You harvest with your Rostelmash. In the beginning of your video, that was hail, not rain. Expect some damage... Cheers!

The manure pits are bugged at the moment. Giants are trying to fix it.

Rice Sapling are worth a lot but 1 pallet is nothing is only a few liters :(
