All the logging grabs suck, they really need to sort it out. Hail damage is okay, but it’s a little too common and there’s nothing you can do to avoid it, I would’ve preferred it was something like reduced yield from poor crop rotation instead

Look up the mod for forage arm or as I like to call it forage Weener. Game changer for silage. Pair that with the lizard tardis trailer. Chefs kiss! Also you can dump the chaff on top the grass in the bunker then cover

When you buy that sawmill, where are you gonna sell logs? Maybe consider building another sawmill where you can produce other parts. There is a modded sawmill that also produces the wall panels.

Before making a field you should cut the grass

Putting wood in sawmill then buying saw mill doesn't work. I just tried it. Once you buy the saw mill there is no where to sale wood on the map unless you place one down

Consider autoloading the logs with the small trailer...Have fun.

I think you were good on that first placement. That corner was just cosmetic until the build finished.

Set green houses to distribute it will automatically send it to your factory and save a bunch of time

I found the crane was not very good on the tractor. I bought it without the rear blade but with the winch and crane. Even with the crane not being good it is a beast at dragging full size tree's towards your harvester and the crane in fairness to it has helped me quite a few times.

My buddy and I bought that land for a sugar mill. Used the land behind for the sugar cane.

Decisions have been made... Some great, some a bit chaotic. Nevertheless very entertaining. Thanks for another great episode buddy!

I vote you try Cotton fields and buy a Clothing production. Very good profits from the base crop and even more from the clothing if you can wait a little longer for the processing to complete. Down side? Very expensive equipment required.

Great one buddy. FS22 had a mod called TerraFarm. With that you could dig and flatten with anything that had a bucket. Who knows, maybe it comes to FS25 too... Happy Days!

I always ask, what production direction do I want do when starting a new map, then work only on what animals and crops I’ll need for the main production. Like I’ll do a textile build and just cotton, grass, sheep..etc… I don’t like getting overwhelmed with too many productions, then the game seems like work, lol.

I have enjoyed the previous 2 installments of this game. But only until I start doing the math and business sim. Because the math side in this game is complete trash. Land prices suggest harvest profit after 10 years. Considering how fast your own tech is breaking down, repair costs or lease pricing, make it 20 years. Add all the extra work, that doesn't bring you any money - 30..40 years? While for borrowed parts for contract work you pay next to nothing (+can do multiple contracts with one set), no repairs or anything. You earn money with harvest, plowing, fertilizing... everything! And then you make money from excess harvested. So realistically you make like 5x more money by not owning anything? Terrible.

Since you already have free paint and terraforming why don't you use that to Mark out your property boundaries

debit cost you money every month in farming simulator property does not gain value so borrowing money to buy it it not has solid a choice for 250k your looking at about 1000 a month in interest so the question is will the crops grown on that land bring in more than 12k a year. how ever if you have 250k in the bank since property value does not decrees land is a great store of welth

Hey I really a liking this LP. The rolling is for after the seeding and not to do with the grass rolling. I had this experince if FS22. So i would redo the field, because ther is a reduction in yeild always. It is up to you, and is more work. When I get any new feild I will, plow, lime fert if needed then reseed and roll the seed. lot of work howerver it does pay in the long run. Really good job and I am liking your other LPs too. Have a good one. I hope this is helpful and makes sense. It will be the best choice to get a farmstick. I use thrust master and I love it easy to use and really good quality.

If you have an iPad or tablet have you considered is dashboard. It seems pretty cool and you can set it up how you want.

You should set those greenhouses to distribute and they'll automatically push the products to the preserving production as it's needed. You don't need to move them yourself
