You should set up a project pan and put those items you want to use up in it and focus on those and you will go through them pretty quick if you like them enough 😍

Love declutters because it's so interesting to hear the reasons why keeping vs declutter. It's like an extra review roundup! And you're making me curious about lightweight foundations again. This year I def didn't bother w foundation at all. And on your recommendation I bought the NYX Born to glow concealer, now I love it. It took me a trial or three to figure out I love it best applied w a slanted brush. Or tap it in w fingers. A sponge just creased it, & my flat concealer brush made it streaky or look dry/cakey. And now that concealer is my absolute favorite.

Nice job on the foundations, Angie! I so agree with you. I'm working towards panning some foundations/conealers I'm not crazy about so that I only have my favourites left as well. I don't wear foundation everyday so even my favourites take a long time to pan.

I can give you some tips if you struggle to go through your stash. 1. Reapply things like lip products, powder or blushers during the day as a touch up. 2.Play with makeup in your time off. Put it on, try different techniques just for the sake of it even if you're going to wash it off right away. 3. For foundation and concealer applying with a beauty blender makes you use more as it absorbs quite some but leaves you with a nice finish. 4. For powder products try and coat the whole brush with it instead of taking just a dab and then tap off the excess. What it gives you is that when all the bristles are covered in product it applies more evenly and especially when it comes to setting your base it helps not disrupt what is underneath and create unwanted cakiness and texture.
I really like the Nabla face powder, I just ordered it in light as the medium is just a bit too dark for my winter skin when I don't have self tanner on 😁
Last year I bought the Nyx Bare With Me skin tint on your recommendation, and it has become my absolute favourite. I'm finishing one tube and currently mixing two in my daily routine. Then I got the Born to Glow concealer for my under eyes and all I can say is I am trusting you with my life in the base products category! :) We seem to have similar skin and taste there. I'm considering buying the Giorgio Armani one... but the NYX is already so good!
I've been on the market for a new light foundation/BB cream for a year now. I think I'm going to try that Nyx Tinted Skin Veil, it really sounds like something I'd like. Nyx has some great products, I also love the HD finishing powder and a bronzer I have from them. Declutters are so satisfying, I agree that when you find your favourites you don't need to have anything else. I try to keep my makeup collection small, I only buy lipsticks and eyeshadow palettes atm because I think that's where the creativity lies.
Wow, Angie way to go on that foundation declutter that is amazing!! I can honestly say that if I was you I would keep those primers too. It's not like you have a ton for a beauty TH-camr so it's worth it to use them up if you can and want to.

My base collection is my smallest makeup category, the only section I keep minimal. I only have 3 concealers in 2 shades each, one foundation in 2 shades, 1 powder foundation, 1 pressed powder, and 1 loose powder.
The best thing I like about declutter videos is hearing thoughts on products. Edited to add: I have 3 of the Guerlain balls and IMO, I don’t see any difference to my makeup. I’m using them of course because of the price, but wouldn’t repurchase, regardless of how ‘pretty’ they are.

I’m watching this for the foundation, even though I’m not buying more since I’m so picky. I only like stellar and uoma so far. I tried dozens, but nothing else does the job while looking natural. I have not tried the ND one, though.
