Since you mentioned how you’ll wear only concealer sometimes, I’d love to see a video on concealers you recommend for that and also tips to make the concealer look good with no foundation base underneath. I try to do that, but maybe I use the wrong concealers, because it always looks wrong on me for some reason.

Love this. I have such a hard time filming Declutters because it’s almost like me time. I concentrate so hard that it’s hard to talk at the same time lol. Plus, I make a MESS 😆😆😆

It is amazing that you knew from memory how every product preformed! And there was a lot too!! Lol I dont think having multiples of the drugstore brand foundations is about you not knowing what you're doing, don't know if Sweden is the same but some brands we don't have testers so it's a guessing game with no returns. You smashed this declutter!! Looks like you kept less than what you got rid of.

If you like the all star primer, you should try the new coverfx gripping primer. They just came out with it and it is super sticky and really helps your foundation stick to your skin and go on really even.

Congratulations on the declutter. It’s inspiring. I’m slowly going through my different things to declutter: clothes, shoes, etc.... I work a full time job and sometimes a part time one, so I don’t have a lot of time to spare.

Wow. That’s a lot of products. I don’t think I’d be able to get my head around that many primers and foundations. Nice job clearing some of it out and reminding yourself of gems you want to use more. 🙌🏻

I LOVE the infinity glass! I need to order a backup! I use it to mix in with foundations I feel are too matte, especially now (winter) I’m pretty sure she said it can be used as a mixing medium and primer as well. Just wanted you to know I Love it 😍
Pamela Hewlett , what brand is this and where can I get it? I’m in Canada so no Ulta for us. I’m interested in this just from your comment. I didn’t catch the part were it was talked about I’m interested in a good winter mixer cause our winters are nasty.

I have that nyx pot corrector in the shade fair too. I'm very fair and for me, it covers my dark circles so I would presume that a shade darker would do the trick for you. Fair is indeed very light.

I do the same with powdered foundations, I use it to bump up my coverage never use it just on its own. I love doing that as it’s a two for one extra coverage and it sets my foundation.

I love seeing you go through your collection! And congrats on being one of the judges for the awards (I forget which awards you said it was). I really like the NYX gotcha covered concealer for spot concealing. I use it on my undereye too sometimes. The trick for me is to use a very small amount and it blend with a brush. I have normal skin so I would've thought we'd have a similar experience with it. I understand we're all different, I just thought it was interesting how much you seem to dislike it because I know so many people love it. I've never had a concealer cover my acne spots like that one.

I've wanted to try that Borjous foundation for the longest time!
I have to do this again. I've got stuff I hate that I haven't decluttered. It's time. I have family, friends, and places I can donate this stuff to unless it is too old. There's a website I use to determine the age of products and it goes by the numbers that the manufacturer prints on their bottles. I don't know if it works for cosmetics that aren't available to the US but I know it has a TON of different companies they show in their site. I'll have to share it with you if you'd like me to do that. Love the video. I saw a few things you have that I didn't know were available/existed. So, I'm thinking of picking up a couple of the foundations you showed. Lastly, the Ofra powder (yellow) that you showed; I got that one a while back. Too yellow for what it's supposed to be used for. However, it's great to set your eyeshadow primer if you're going for a peachy eye look and transitioning with a peachy color or a yellow or even green. It's nice for that. :)

I totally agree with you on the Urban Decay foundation! I want to love it but it does not matter what I do, it NEVER looks nice on my skin!
I have tried everything, different sponges and brushes, mixing it with other foundations, different primers.... Nothing seems to make it look good!

Instead of using the elf concealer which could give you a gray cast. You could try using the Linda Hallberg Infinity Gloss to make your concealer less dry. Use a VERY small amount for both eyes. I use this trick when my undereye is dry and my concealer goes on so smoothly

I love the Geurlain meteorite containers but the powder is literally just balls of talc with a ton of perfume. I honestly go back and forth on buying it just for the container and putting the equivalent ELF product in it. I wonder if I am the only one that feels this way?

I just went through all my foundation , concealers and powders a few weeks ago. I had to look myself in the mirror and remind myself that I am not a youtuber and I REALLY don't need that many face products. 🤦♀️ I don't even know why I kept some of them for so long. (edited to add that I have three teenage daughters with the same skin tone who LOVED going through the products I didnt want. Nothing was actually thrown away).
Love Borjois healthy mix foundation and healthy balance powder❤ Unfortunately Borjois is no longer sold here in my country😞

I absolutely hated the Cover FX foundation in the black squeeze tube, it went on so patchy with 0 coverage and I don’t have much to hide but for some redness in my cheeks . Water based foundations do not work for me for the most part. The Stayfresh was to matte on me and made my pores and texture look 100x worse than it really is I thought the Makeup Forever HD stick was ok I do like the L’Oréal proglow and the Infallible 24 hr I also liked the Maybelline smooth and hydrating, Urban Decay All Nighter again to matte brought out all my pores and texture, I also really like Wet n Wild photo focus but definitely not full coverage the custom cover drops from FX I do really like that as a mixer obviously lol I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Milani Conceal and Perfect and my Clinique Beyond Perfecting . Shape Tape and the Elf 16 hr camo are way to drying for my under eyes. I really want the Mac paint pot for my eyeshadow primer and to use on my nose foundation doesn’t like to stick to it, it was recommended to try using that first then apply the foundation. I did not like Estes Lauder Double wear same thing made my pores and texture look way worse. If anyone has some other suggestions for foundation please let me know
Buying foundation shades that actually match my skin is the hardest thing in life. I am usually tanned all year round because it seems like whenever my tan starts to fade I go on vacation. This year, though, my husband could not get away from work so I haven’t seen the sun since August. My entire foundation collection is built around a warm medium tan and now I am light neutral, maybe cool, maybe warm, who knows.... Trying to buy new foundations to match my current skin colour has not been a very successful process. So now, I just don’t wear makeup because I just can’t get anything to work and look nice on my skin. My husband really doesn’t understand why I need to take an emergency trip to Mexico. 😂😂 (PS I’ve tried fake tans which are okay but just don’t last very long)
Angie !! Did you try sephora 10 h foundation? it's like gel , velvety looking , not mat not dewy and hold 8 to 10h,i truly like it xx

I also have normal skin, but I can't make foundations work for me at all. It just looks too textured even with a smoothing/porefilling primer and my skin isn't very textured at all. I tried the Cover FX Natural Finish too and hated it
That elf concealer is perfect for a cut crease. Thats the only way I use it.

I swatched the urban decay on my hand and before I did a full lap in Sephora my hand was yellow or pink ...that oxidation kept me from buying it .
It's nice to know I am not the only one struggling to find a good under the eye concealer light enough for my complexion. I have been using one from a brand that I no longer wish to support, but finding a replacement has been impossible. So far I have bought 4 different concealers in the lightest shades available and all of them are much too dark. Does anyone have a recommendation for this sad unconcealed pale girl?
I don't know how fair you are, but the catrice concealer has a terrible shade range but all of them are pretty light. The revolution range is bigger and have quite light shades too. Both formulas are nice in my dry skin :)
@@Mdi223 I just tried the catrice yesterday and it was too dark for what I was looking for. I am almost as fair as a person can be, my husband calls my skin tone "day glow white"...lol

if you want a white concealer, bh cosmetics has one at ulta online (or at least used to) i use the lightest shade in the maybelline fit me concealer line and it’s light enough for me!! so is the physicians formula concealer in fair/light, i was shocked that it was actually light enough for me, their shade range sucks. i’m mac nc 10 for reference. mac’s concealers go extremely light too if you want a higher end brand option.

Heidi White Pale concealers with neutral undertone:
-Nyx HD studio photogenic CW 02 (01 is darker/yellow!)
-Dermacol makeup cover shade 208 (207 is darker!)
Both of those are quite cheap. I’m currently trying MAC studio finish concealer shade NC15 for covering acne but the formula is too dry for under eyes. If you try the Dermacol one, do your google search how to avoid the fake ones. I got mine straight from the brand’s site, not Amazon, to be certain it’s the real thing.

Angelica maybe the reason you don’t like how the all nighter foundation looks it’s because it’s a 3.5. The .5 I’m pretty sure its a cool undertone and you said you are warm... why don’t you ask for a tester of 3.0? 💜😘
No I hate the formula, it's awful on my skin. So thick and cakey and not flattering at all :P
Oh ok. So the formula, not the shade. I just mix the primer with mine. It’s so pigmented I can use half a pump.
Omg that Peter Thomas Roth primer is the WORST primer I've ever tried lmao, now I'm really curious to see if it somehow wins 😂
really dont like the abh foundation stick, looks great when i first apply it for like 3 hours later around my nose and undereyes it breaks up and looks dry af

I thought I was the only one who struggles to find the right foundation shade/concealer shade. It looks different in the bottle and in the store lighting than in regular light.

I will gladly take all of your good (not expired) decluttered products! I don’t care if they are used or not. I have a ton of eyeshadow palettes now, but I only have 3 foundations and 4 concealers, and they are all drugstore because I can’t afford any high end ones and boxycharm doesn’t put foundations or concealers in their boxes (that’s where I’ve gotten 95% of my makeup).
Ipsy gives deluxe samples of complexion products. I've got a tarte shape tape, Amazonian clay foundation, and ciate londin loose powder in the 3 months I've tried them. I had to cancel my boxycharm bc im over run with palettes and blushes now.
The colourpop concealer was terrible for me! It looked so heavy and dry! I didn’t have it for long and it even went bad.
Is it safer to tan in the sun in Sweden than in the us? Your skin is so amazing for your age and I would never guess that you spend any amount of time in the sun. I have a cousin who used to tan a bunch in her 20s and 30s and by the time she was 40, her skin looked like leather and she looked, minimum, 10 years older in the face because of the damage the sun did to her.
tanning is never safe no matter where you are, but if i remember correctly the UVA levels are lower in Sweden which could help contribute to fewer premature signs of skin damage, but a lot of it is genetic too and i think angelica is just blessed with good genes 😁
