I’m a comma away from reaching 70, and my MO these days is whatever I cook everything has be simple and quick without changing the quality of the taste. Some Phil recipies are more challenging to simplify than others so I’m always open to available substitutes and seek them out from the grocery store.

Hi chef! I would just like to share pag ako po nagluluto nyan naglalagay po ako ng chopped celery sa fillling at yung celery leaves sinasabay ko paglaga ng manok (tatanggalin din naman afterwards, walang sayang sa ingredients,hehe)
Most of your vids talaga chef may natututunan akong bago. In this video nalaman kong may pinagkaiba pala ang "broth" at ang "stock". Akala ko similar lang sila, just different terminologies.
That's not the proper way to wrap the Molo dumpling. There is a distinct way of wrapping it kung tawagin ng mga taga iloilo "ulo ka madre" because it's in the shape of a nuns head with the veil. It was the madres who invented the dish during the Spanish era while the church of Molo is being constructed. The madres wanted to own the dish as their own thus, its their unique way of wrapping the dimsum in other words it's their signature to the dish. Tawag ko po dyan ay Pansit Molo Soup pero its more popularly known simply as Pansit Molo. Soup to differentiate it from the usual Pansit. Named after Molo, Iloilo the place of its origin. As we enjoy this dish let's give credit also to whom the credit is due.

Sa ilonggo style po..yong sobrang molo wrapper, hinahati sa 3 strips saka isinasama sa soup...ang labas po noon flat noodles..
