      That’s nice, however I hope you realize this is NOT the diet she had when actively shooting with Victoria’s Secret/doing dozens of runway shows etc. She mainly models now for her jewelry/clothing brand and does not do so many high fashion campaigns or runways or red carpets. Compared to previous years, it appears modeling is a part time job for her as she prioritizes her two kids now, as opposed to full time modeling which required STRICT dieting and INTENSE daily workouts. ❤❤❤😊😊😊regardless, best wishes for your modeling career xx.

      Thanks for the advice, but yes I realize that I will likely have a much stricter diet, especially early on in my career, but I mostly plan on commercial modeling (as I do not have the height to be a runway model) so this isn't that big of a concern for me!@@serenas5411

      Her physical appearance is her job/brand. If looked 'bad' she would have no income. So don't compare yourself to her, also remember she gets regular treatments, best food, has a trainer etc

    Great video! Some advice on the chia seed pudding. Try letting it sit upside down for the first 15-30 minutes, then flip it over for the rest of the night. It stopped the lil layer at the bottom of just chia

    With my daughters I had to wait a year each to get back into "shape." One of them has many issues with diet and sleep and sounds like what you went through with Mint. I agree with you- shape means where you feel good. If I weigh over a certain amount without working out I feel tired, slow, and it spirals out of control- I can't accomplish what I need to in a day. If all that weight is muscle though then I am ok. I have a model type body naturally and I always have to be careful of how I word that, too, as many people will feel like you're looking down on them if you express feeling less than great. Which is kind of crazy because people have always been mean to me and bullied me over being thin or having really long legs to the point that I felt terrible about myself and how I looked in clothes. Until I saw models like you who also look like me and you look so cool! Then I started feeling better about myself again. So thank you and let's all stop being against one another. Everyone is fine if they feel good.

    Hi! I watched this and your update video. I haven’t watched anything for a while. I was curious about your babies. Also inspired by your what I eat in a day videos. I have a similar birth story with my second baby as you. I am also a nurse whom worked in the new born ICU for twenty years. I don’t want to be rude here, but I can spot postpartum depression quick. And you don’t seem like yourself. I had it too. The best thing is exercise. It produces serotonin. I ran. Get yourself a pair of running shoes and a double jogging stroller. It’s amazing!!!

    Your hair is beautiful!! And so loooong but still looks healthy! How did you grow it so long? Do you have any tips you can share? What kind of hair products do you use? I’m also naturally blonde with some highlights but I think blonde hair is generally weaker and drier, and I always struggle with growing it past a certain lenghts… Maybe it would be a good idea as a topic for one of your upcoming videos!❤

    Bought some chia seeds and protein powder today and put the amounts you said in a mason jar with almond milk. Can't wait to try it tomorrow morning. The first time I bought protein powder was to make oatmeal the way you did, but I like sweets too much so I ate it like 4x a day or more sometimes 😂 With the chia seeds I'm guessing I'll actually have to wait.. like I was supposed to with the oatmeal , but I couldn't wait until the next morning. Trying to work on my binging. Had it under control until I started grad school🥲 This is my last semester though, so hopefully I can calm down and get my weight back under control after I graduate.

    I love your recommendations! My only reservation is the chia pudding because the one time my sister persuaded me to try chia seeds with milk I couldnt tolerate the taste and watery texture..
    Similarly the goji berries I tried were bitter and almost tasted like a.. smelly sock or something lol Is this normal or I just came across nasty ones?

      Try chia seeds with coconut milk. Let sit overnight so it thickens up. Goji berries taste funky🤢

      @kathysmith4912 Thank you very much for your reply! I will follow your recommendation and try the chia seeds with coconut milk instead of the regular milk that I had tried them with!
      And good to know goji berries indeed taste funky xD how does Romee and other people eat them? Maybe because they're in sweetened milk or people are just brave? XD

      Well, they are supposed to be very healthy for you (though very expensive) so I do add them to my smoothie bowls as a topping and soak them for about 15 minutes & add to my smoothies. They do tend to have a bitter taste though.

    Try your coffee with cashew milk is much healthier apparently as oat milk is not. I was sad to hear that so I switched to cashew milk and I love it. Another thing I learned recently is that powdered chia is easier to digest and our gut to break it down than the chia seed.
