Civil War Rust- Little Hill Lounge, El Cerrito Ca 6/22/244K UHD Multicam w/Schoeps Audio Rebalanced

Civil War Rust had not played a show in over a year and I think this was only their 2nd show since the pandemic, so Cory and I decided that it was a good idea to get our asses to the show. Good thing we did, because Sean (Bass/Vocals for this show) lives out of state now. They happened to play this show since they were recording a new album this weekend.
It seems that this Little Hill Lounge is a new place for east bay indie and punk shows. The place had a great 40's jazz bar vibe and the drinks were super cheap. The tiny performance area is in the very back of the long bar- you can't even tell it is there when you walk in.
The band was good, especially considering their long layoff. The high(low)light of the night was someone sh*tting their pants during the encore, and then blaming Cory for it. It cleared the room in seconds, and there I was, breaking down camera equipment in the brown cloud. It was brutal.
