Would it have been possible to mount the vertical part of the metal rudder to the stock/oem plastic rudder mount. Wife wanted my ft012 so she let me order a ft011, I was thinking with the stock plastic rudder mount and the metal rudder running a dual water pick up would be super easy and with how hard I run my boats cooling should be upgraded.
I don't think so my Friend but without let it looking good and some special glues or something it should be possible in some way 😉👍🏽

Did you upgrade any electronics to run 5s or does it support it stock? I thought the boat was a little tame on 4s. My 3s recoil seemed much faster. Would I need a different prop on 5s? Or can I swap the prop to get more speed while leaving it 4s?

When the boat had no upgrades was the boat have very bad turning? Do you think that the rudder mod work better than stock? If so how much better?
The boat is big and turning isn't that good like on smaller boats that's relatively normal yes is a bit better with the rudder,but you can also work on the stock plastic one a little bit 😉👍🏽
This rudder is shorter in lenght. Do you feel any difference in the handling? It´s better or worse at turning?

the difference is substantial if one screw is in then the other hole lines up with top edge of the of the plastic stand off for the screw to go in I am going to have to remount the rudder where he space is with the plastic line between it an the 2 bottom holes like i have seen others do you just break out the plastic tab clean the surface and line up the rudder mount and the best position for the servo arm and drill 2 pilot holes for the mounting

I habe three rudder one from banggood one from eBay and one from aliexpress all of them the exact diameter. Maybe they made some little renew on the Feilun FT011? I think you should try it like me but if it's to much space than go for it like you said.

@@a-ztube ya man they must have changed it I have already moved the rudder over and drilled the holes for it there was some issues along the way but fix it in place and it is all good now all i have to do now is check for water leaks to fill in with some flex shot if there are she is set up like it should be now! hope to make a video in the next week

Was bringt der Schlauch im Ruder .. da unten geht doch nichts raus
..
Also Öffnung
Rich Hair unten ist eine kleine Öffnung im Ruder über die das Wasser ins Ruder oben über den Schlauch durch die Schläuche im Innenraum fließt und somit den esc und Motor kühlen und wieder an der linke Seite aus der Öffnung Austritt.

@@a-ztube nice.. Hab mir das Boot bei Bangood bestellt sowie die seitenmesser und das Ruder sowie 2x lipo und den Stecker für die lipos.. Alles steht aber auf .. wird verarbeitet ..nichts bewegt sich . :(
Rich Hair ok wann hast du bestellt und alles Aufeinmal? das heißt ertsmal nichts es kam seien das einer der Artikel erst in ein par Tagen verschickt wird oder,aber evtl. Auch das ein Artikel davon evtl. Nicht verfügbar ist alles was ich dir geschickt habe war verfügbar. Seitdem coronavirus ist, aber auch bei mir alles immer ertsmal auf der Warte Schleife sozusagen das siehst du in der App und auch per Email wirst du informiert wie lange evtl ein Teil dauert bis es geliefert werden kann und wie du jetzt vorfahren willst.
Etwas Geduld das wird schon Raus gehen die tage

Manchmal must du schauen wenn die Sachen zb. Schon runter sind da steht dann promo darunter da gelten keine Gutscheine etc. Am besten immer alles genau abchecken und eher einzeln bestellen außer bei den lipos zb. Die waren früher auch kostenlos ist halt wieder wegen Deutschland 🤪
