There is a way to turn of a controller (kinda). If you place a controller on a cardboard block you can break the cardboard with a spud gun, this will disconnect the controller from the creation and the bearings will be unpowered.
I thought about that but didnt go with it because I wanted something reusable (even though in the end it didnt matter anyway lol). Thanks for watching!
If you type "/restrictions" in the chat, then you can put trees on the lift. You can also delete them like you would blocks or parts. Works with stone and rods too.
10:00 place the controller on a cardboard piece then fire a mounted spudgun at it. the connections made by the controller to the bearings is deleted with the disconnection of the controller from the creation and the power applied to the bearing is cut.
oh you need a spring for pulling? thats easily done using a smart engine connected to a non vannila piston (vannila pistons dont work).ive used this piston sliding design on my thruster engines just so the pistons hold the pistons in place.Have a nice day. :).
Your videos are awesome! I'd like to see if you could build a 3d printer similar to Reid Captains but with your own methods. You can possibly integrate your VHS reader into the 3d printer as a file to print of some sort.

I tried making a trebuchet a long time ago(it didn’t go so well), so this is very impressive!
