I'm still on my first pair of Crushers I bought 3 years ago, use it all day every day at work. One of the most comfortable headphones I've had and have no problem using them over many hours. Will buy another when this one dies.
I've actually seen the anc on sale for the same price as the evo for a while now. So in my opinion, the anc is a steal at that price rather than the evo.
Not really, cuz the ANC is crap in noise cancellation dept. and more over The EVO’s are a lot more refined and better loud n sounding headphones with insane amount of bass 🔥 You gotta check both of them in bestbuy and decide by yourself :) but trust me EVO’s are really good with advanced tech Edit: I’m sorry for wrong information I personally checked both and I feel like the ANC’s are the best bass headphones available right now from Skullcandy Crusher line up, I’m sorry guys :(
@@markstalwart6922 What about compared to the Crusher Wireless? I've only ever had the Crusher Wireless so I don't know what to compare to. I need another pair and looking to buy and I really don't care for noise cancellation because from the headphones I've tried at Fry's (from a few brands) I've noticed that in some way or another the sound from the source you want to hear is degraded ever so slightly and noticable at least for myself. Also don't care for Bluetooth, I just got the Wireless because they were in stock. I use them as line in phones 100% of the time. So have you listened to the Crusher Wireless? What would you recommend?
@@dsandoval9396 Crusher Wireless aren’t great so if you really care about sound quality up to the mark then I’d recommend “Crusher Evo’s”. Cuz they’re slightly better than even Crusher ANC’s and the bass and sound quality is Amazing. In simple words they tweaked few things which were missing from ANC’s so my recommendation is definitely EVO’s :)
@@dsandoval9396 i personally would not recommend the crusher wireless. The vocals/mids are extremely drowned out even having the bass slider at the lowest setting. The bass is also pretty muddy imo. Biggest deal breaker for me (made me return them) was when walking around on hard surfaces there is a jarring rubberband sound that is EXTREMELY distracting and annoying... I bought them for $75 on amazon and still would not recommend them even at that price point. The crusher evos sound MUCH MUCH better in every way you can imagine. Vocals and highs are present and the bass is defined and punchy. When you turn the bass slider out it doesn't deliberately drown out the mids and highs. It may distract you though because of the head rattling bass these headphones have. I would definitely recommend the crusher EVOs even at their regular price imo $199. I haven't tried the ancs yet though
The original crushers are still to this day one of my favorite headphones. I spent $100 bucks on them. My only complaint was that I wish that they covered my ears better and were a bit more comfortable. Years later I decided to upgrade to Sony xm4s because I figured I would finally invest in some higher end headphones, well I think I still like the crushers more. Audiophile snobs will argue that the crusher’s are laughably bad in audio quality and design when I personally think it was the opposite. The Sonys felt muted without boosting the settings. Sure they were more comfortable and had fancy features, but the crushers blew them out of the water in sound quality at a quarter of the price. If you love bass, do yourself a favor and try these out.
I'm so glad I saw your comment. I recently got the Sony XM5s after seeing all the rave reviews and I have to say that I am quite disappointed! That's actually why I'm here, searching videos to find the right pair for me, and I think that will be the crushers. Can't wait to try them out.
@@therealmarcel gotta say, I stuck with the Sonys and played with the settings some. They’re now my primary as they’re way more comfortable and I was able to boost some settings to make them louder and clearer. HOWEVER, still love my crushers and they still are unrivaled in the base experience/department. I keep them around for specific artists and genres. If you see a sale, definitely worth having around for those days you just wanna lay back and lose yourself in some deep sound.
Crusher 360 and crusher ANC user here: The noice cancellation is bad. Like. Unless you are in a load environment, I always just turn it off. The hiss is too much. I've heard some complaints about that the bass on the EVOs are too loud, even when the bass slider is at like 10%. That problem isn't on the ANCs.
@@zaneboyondatrack definitely not in my case. If you have them on 60% volume, they don't block out voices that good, and maybe only blocks out half of the engine noise
Have the Skullcandy Crush 360 limited ed. as my daily since 2018. Average daily use 6 hours. Only problem was the leather earpads wore out and had to be replaced with broken Hesh 3 earpads. And noise isolation could've better with tighter fit. Other than that, they're great headphones. Sound, bass, built quality, comfortable. Still use them to this day.
I have both 360s and ANCs. I use both every day. The sound is overall a bit better on the ANCs. But the noice cancellation is terrible and the build quality nothing like the 360s. Kinda regret buying the ANCs.
Every year I wait and hope for Skullcandy to add dedicated skip buttons/swipe/switch. Trying to skip backwards by holding the Vol (-) is always a pain and takes multiple attempts.
Not too hard tho also if you’re going to skip a bunch of songs just pull out your phone man. Also I think thered be latency since my iPhone 11 lags a little skipping songs on the Lock Screen for Spotify so you might as well use you’re phone in your music app.

Evo. Mindblowing bass. No words. The best one. While testing, my friends were laughing because they couldn't believe it is real. Next level bass. Battery is insane for a budget headset like this which also have a massive bass response. With volume at 60% and bass slider at 20%, I'm sure I got at least 50 hrs of playback time in my first cycle, and that's really insane for me. Right now I'm in my second cycle. Really enjoying the product. Only thing is, I don't want to face any complaint in 2 years which can't be dealt (if any) with warranty. I want this to last at least 2 years peacefully. Then I will be 200% satisfied with the purchase.

The opinion about the bass and the battery is still the same so I can confidently suggest you to get this headphone. I'm sure in this budget no other headphone can give you this battery, bass and audio quality together. If you increase the budget you may get much better audio quality headphones. But at this price for this bass, for this audio quality and for this battery life in a single pack, you have no other option other than Crusher Evo. I'm damn sure. All the best. My friends still call this headphone as "headwoofer / subwoofer for the head".

Oh my GOODNESS. Now I know what you mean. I don't even know how to articulate how insane of a feeling it is to listen music and entrainment thru these headphones... What?!?! How is this even possible??? This product FAR exceeded my expectations. I've just been messing around the last 4 hours listening to different songs at the different bass levels and its hilarious to me how INSANE the threshold is from 0% bass to 15% bass (on par with high end headphone ) to 100% bass - feels like there are 2 mini subs in my ears. One of the best purchases I have ever made as a human being lol. IF YOU ARE A TRUE AFFICIANDO OF MUSIC (AND CAN HANDLE LOUDER SOUNDS/FREQUENCIES) YOU WILL APPRECIATE THESE SO MUCH - THEY ARE ON ANOTHER LEVEL.
You can connect them with 2 different devices, I had the first wireless crushers and I recommended it to my friend, and when we used to meet and walk, we connect both to share music
Man I have the same grey evo's in this video. I don't know what you mean by comfort. Because I can wear these for hours with no issue at all. I honestly even sleep with them on at times. These are the most comfortable headphones I've actually had. The weight of them are perfect, doesn't feel cheap, and the earcups provide exceptional comfort, the headband is sturdy and provides the perfect amount of squeeze on the head. These should be anyone's PRIMARY headphones. Because I can't see anyone listening to anything else after listening to these. The noise cancelation is kind of a moot point because when these are crunk up you won't hear anything around you. As for phone calls, it's not perfect but definitely not bad. The only real con for these headphones is that the auxiliary cord doesn't come with a built in mic. Which I ordered on Amazon for around $8. These Crusher's are phenomenal. Any other headphones would have to really be special to get the #1 spot.

Bro I don't know if you've made a selection yet, but I have the same grey evos in the video. You simply can't find a better pair of headphones, (IF YOU LOVE BASS) I'm coming from JBL's syncros. Which have really great overall sound. But I love bass and these are just amazing.

I purchased the Evo’s, but had unexpected loud popping on occasion, causing me to almost jump out of the chair. After a couple times of the popping, returned them and got the ANC’s. Just received the ANC’s, and will provide updates as soon as time of use progresses.
After receiving the ANC’s, they had the same issues. Returned them also. Another strange issue was if I moved a door in my home, not turning the door knob, there was a low audio feedback. It was like this movement disrupted the Bluetooth signal. Cannot explain, nor could the company. I just received today, Master & Dynamic MW65’s. EXPENSIVE, yes, awesome audio, no unwanted popping or other stuff. Appearance, looks like a Ferrari. Exquisite design.

Had the Sony WH-1000XM3, some amazing wireless sennheiser momentum headphones but the crusher anc is completely something else. If you like to really fell the music these headphones are the best. Sometimes can be annoying because of that amount of bass you are getting, yes the sound on the sennheiser momentum is amazing, on the sony xm series as well, but these crusher anc's will completely change the way you listen to your headphones. There are no other out there as these ones. I had almost all the high end headphones but crusher remains my truly amazing 🎧. I started with the first crusher but the anc version is recommended.
I ordered a pair of ANC's that had a very annoying hiss in the background. People say that a firmware update fixed it but I looked for 2 hours for some way to update it but I did not succeed. I returned them and ordered EVO's have you had the same issue with the ANC's? This was all with ANC and ambient mode turned off by the way. It was always present and could be heard slightly even when playing music at 50% volume
@@nombreapellido9462 I use the Evos everyday now and they are amazing, the soundquality is about the same but there is no hiss present like with the ANC's so it sounds way better. The bass actually hits like a truck and is amazing and even after 3 months I am amazed by how good it sounds. My first pair suddenly stopped connecting to anything after a week even after a full reset though, but Skullcandy customer service was great and they sent me a new pair. This pair still works after 2 months and it sounds amazing in every way. I'd definitely get the Evo's if I were you.

Amazing video! I bought the XM4's and they just didn't have enough bass. Ended up buying the EVO's and returned the XM4's. I genuinely can't believe how good they sound. I generally only listen to EDM and Hip Hop so these are just what I wanted.

I've been using the ANC's for a couple of years now and they are still working just fine, but the cover of the padding/earpads has started to unglue leaving the interior of the padding/earpads exposed an they look like crap and it's a little hard to glue them again so if I knew that was going to happen I'd put a couple of tiny little drops of extra glue before it started to unglue by itself

I wish they'd update the ANC to the build quality of the Evo, Bluetooth 5.2 and LDAC, and have a slightly bigger earcup. I have medium sized ears and the evo does feel kinda cramped. Add in a modern ANC suite and get rid of that "unusable while powered on" screech when they're plugged into the 3.5mm while powered on for the bass slider. I got my evo's refurbished and they're just so outrageously fun on my commute that I just kinda want a version with ANC and more refined fit. Sure they're not hifi, but what other cans can simulate a concussion?
I own the ANCs and ambient mode is just like talking and hearing everything around you while headphones on your head. You dont have to get the headphones off your head. İt can be activated by putting your hand on left earcup for 3 seconds. And it can be deactivated by performing the same action while its active. I can answer any question about this headphone. Sorry for my bad english its not my native.

I have the crusher evos and the bass slider is a bit weird, you can barely move it and it will provide most of the bass, as you slowly move it up you don’t really feel an increase in bass
So, aside from the price, movie EQ and built quality, i assume the crusher ANC is exactly the same as evo and picking one over the other and vice versa makes no difference?
@@markstalwart6922 the anc doesn't have 'crap' ANC. It cancels out the low sounds of your environment, and makes a significant difference when you are playing music.

Hi, I have the evos. Don't you find the bass on the evos like boxy and has only one tone? I am little disappointed. I had the crusher 360 and the bass was better. also don't like the earcups on the evos, those are smaller, less comfortable. I am planning to send it back, I haven't decided yet. What do you think? Regular crushers are the black ones, cant rotate the earcups and come in a hard case Evo’s are the grayer ones which can rotate the earcups and come in the softer carrying pouch I actually got both to test them out and they’re almost the same , bass is amazing in both But yeah evo’s are slightly better in overall sound and comfort So imma let the reg crushers go
Well. The senn 4.5 is throwing money out the window. Don't fall for the EQ app it's useless. Buy crusher anc or evo. Preferably anc unless the evo provides enough isolation outside.
Shame you can't scan through music tracks on the Evo to get to my desired part. Some cheap headphones have that feature. Still, a great sounding headphone - cost £99 here in the UK.
Go to best buy and try the display they all do sound the same for the most part. From what I was hearing all the reviews almost the same the sound was there bass spot on but the first crushers the materials of the headphine s just didn't last long so I think they improved on the shell of the headphones and cuffs and tweaking sound just by a little
The crusher headphones are my daily goto and if I'm not at work I'm listening to music on them I love these things on my 3rd set of muffs and just bought a back up pair b b has them on sale for 99 bucks now the evos that's why I'm looking at this video

why not using them as an daily, you can change bass for what youre doing, you can use Bluetooth for smartphone/laptop and cable for PC or Console, they sound not perfectly fine but great with and without the bass slider, and you can make them small for carying BTW if you use them right, they even sound good for an audiophile....
I had the ANC and you get white noise from the anc and if you have any turned on it distorts the music a bit more plus with the amount of bass on the headphones you won't get much noise coming through

I got the crusher evos today. To be honest, I feel that the crusher ANC's have much more bass than the evos, even at middle volume. With the evos, you have to put the volume quite loud or even max volume untill I get more pressure from the bass. Does this mean my headphones are broken? UPDATE: Turns out that I was starting to come down with a head cold, I had a bit of an ear affection. So there wasnt as much bass as I was actually listening to. I'm better now, these headphones are crazy. Crusher evos are made for dumb, stupid fun. Out of the og crusher Wireless, crusher 360 and anc, the crusher evos are the only headphone that constantly tiggles my ears. I've never had that feeling before. Yes these headphones are worth it, the only problem is the top head band, there can be a pressure point on the back top of my head when wearing them for too long. In my opinion as well would be the non sweat proof ear bands, I tend to sweat quite a lot because of the bass. Can someone please tell me where to buy some new crusher evo ear pads, thanks.

Hey gymcaddy, I'm trying to buy the crusher evo but I'm afraid of buying a pair of skullcandy crusher again. Last year I bought the crusher anc but they have a problem that the left earcup has more bass than the other. Can you tell me if the bass is the same on both earcups?

Evo was 200$ and Anc was 180$ in my country so i got the Ancs and i can say that this was the best 180$ ive ever spent. And anc works like a charm in public.
@Qucid I had no problems after 1.5 months theyre pretty sturdy and right now im wearing them. Its literally a bluetooth subwoofer with a nice touch of noise cancelling.
Honestly I have the crusher anc, he's definitely not lying everything he's said is 100% true, but I would personally not get either of these headphones. I would get the skullcandy crusher wireless ones because their life $100.00 or less and set the 60 hz all the way up.
Nope. But they do have to be on in order for the bass slider to work. Which is a point worth mentioning. Because without that bass slider, these headphones are nothing special, even with an EQ the bass seems non existent.
I dropped my Crusher ancs at work several times and they were getting wet with water as well and they still kept going. evos are smaller and do feel like the newer version but the ANCS ARE TOO DOPE

Even with the shaking bass, the sound is so crisp across the range. Way better than what I have heard before.

Battery is insane for a budget headset like this which also have a massive bass response. With volume at 60% and bass slider at 20%, I'm sure I got at least 50 hrs of playback time in my first cycle, and that's really insane for me. Right now I'm in my second cycle. Really enjoying the product.
Only thing is, I don't want to face any complaint in 2 years which can't be dealt (if any) with warranty. I want this to last at least 2 years peacefully. Then I will be 200% satisfied with the purchase.

Oh my GOODNESS. Now I know what you mean. I don't even know how to articulate how insane of a feeling it is to listen music and entrainment thru these headphones... What?!?! How is this even possible??? This product FAR exceeded my expectations. I've just been messing around the last 4 hours listening to different songs at the different bass levels and its hilarious to me how INSANE the threshold is from 0% bass to 15% bass (on par with high end headphone ) to 100% bass - feels like there are 2 mini subs in my ears. 8 months later how have they held up?
Man I have the same grey evo's in this video. I don't know what you mean by comfort. Because I can wear these for hours with no issue at all. I honestly even sleep with them on at times. These are the most comfortable headphones I've actually had. The weight of them are perfect, doesn't feel cheap, and the earcups provide exceptional comfort, the headband is sturdy and provides the perfect amount of squeeze on the head. These should be anyone's PRIMARY headphones. Because I can't see anyone listening to anything else after listening to these. The noise cancelation is kind of a moot point because when these are crunk up you won't hear anything around you. As for phone calls, it's not perfect but definitely not bad. The only real con for these headphones is that the auxiliary cord doesn't come with a built in mic. Which I ordered on Amazon for around $8. These Crusher's are phenomenal. Any other headphones would have to really be special to get the #1 spot.

I purchased the Evo’s, but had unexpected loud popping on occasion, causing me to almost jump out of the chair. After a couple times of the popping, returned them and got the ANC’s.
Just received the ANC’s, and will provide updates as soon as time of use progresses.

Another strange issue was if I moved a door in my home, not turning the door knob, there was a low audio feedback. It was like this movement disrupted the Bluetooth signal. Cannot explain, nor could the company.

Had the Sony WH-1000XM3, some amazing wireless sennheiser momentum headphones but the crusher anc is completely something else. If you like to really fell the music these headphones are the best. Sometimes can be annoying because of that amount of bass you are getting, yes the sound on the sennheiser momentum is amazing, on the sony xm series as well, but these crusher anc's will completely change the way you listen to your headphones. There are no other out there as these ones. I had almost all the high end headphones but crusher remains my truly amazing 🎧.

I ordered a pair of ANC's that had a very annoying hiss in the background. People say that a firmware update fixed it but I looked for 2 hours for some way to update it but I did not succeed. I returned them and ordered EVO's have you had the same issue with the ANC's? This was all with ANC and ambient mode turned off by the way. It was always present and could be heard slightly even when playing music at 50% volume

@@nombreapellido9462 I use the Evos everyday now and they are amazing, the soundquality is about the same but there is no hiss present like with the ANC's so it sounds way better. The bass actually hits like a truck and is amazing and even after 3 months I am amazed by how good it sounds. My first pair suddenly stopped connecting to anything after a week even after a full reset though, but Skullcandy customer service was great and they sent me a new pair. This pair still works after 2 months and it sounds amazing in every way. I'd definitely get the Evo's if I were you.

Amazing video! I bought the XM4's and they just didn't have enough bass. Ended up buying the EVO's and returned the XM4's. I genuinely can't believe how good they sound. I generally only listen to EDM and Hip Hop so these are just what I wanted.

I've been using the ANC's for a couple of years now and they are still working just fine, but the cover of the padding/earpads has started to unglue leaving the interior of the padding/earpads exposed an they look like crap and it's a little hard to glue them again so if I knew that was going to happen I'd put a couple of tiny little drops of extra glue before it started to unglue by itself

I wish they'd update the ANC to the build quality of the Evo, Bluetooth 5.2 and LDAC, and have a slightly bigger earcup. I have medium sized ears and the evo does feel kinda cramped. Add in a modern ANC suite and get rid of that "unusable while powered on" screech when they're plugged into the 3.5mm while powered on for the bass slider.
I got my evo's refurbished and they're just so outrageously fun on my commute that I just kinda want a version with ANC and more refined fit. Sure they're not hifi, but what other cans can simulate a concussion?

I own the ANCs and ambient mode is just like talking and hearing everything around you while headphones on your head. You dont have to get the headphones off your head. İt can be activated by putting your hand on left earcup for 3 seconds. And it can be deactivated by performing the same action while its active. I can answer any question about this headphone. Sorry for my bad english its not my native.

I have the 360’s and that’s how they are.
I have the crusher evos and the bass slider is a bit weird, you can barely move it and it will provide most of the bass, as you slowly move it up you don’t really feel an increase in bass

Regular crushers are the black ones, cant rotate the earcups and come in a hard case
Evo’s are the grayer ones which can rotate the earcups and come in the softer carrying pouch

From what I was hearing all the reviews almost the same the sound was there bass spot on but the first crushers the materials of the headphine s just didn't last long so I think they improved on the shell of the headphones and cuffs and tweaking sound just by a little

why not using them as an daily, you can change bass for what youre doing, you can use Bluetooth for smartphone/laptop and cable for PC or Console, they sound not perfectly fine but great with and without the bass slider, and you can make them small for carying BTW if you use them right, they even sound good for an audiophile....
I wasnt the happiest with the sound quality at first but i just adjusted my eq in Spotify and they sound excellent

I had the ANC and you get white noise from the anc and if you have any turned on it distorts the music a bit more plus with the amount of bass on the headphones you won't get much noise coming through

I got the crusher evos today.
To be honest, I feel that the crusher ANC's have much more bass than the evos, even at middle volume.
With the evos, you have to put the volume quite loud or even max volume untill I get more pressure from the bass.
Does this mean my headphones are broken?

Turns out that I was starting to come down with a head cold, I had a bit of an ear affection. So there wasnt as much bass as I was actually listening to.
I'm better now, these headphones are crazy.
Crusher evos are made for dumb, stupid fun.
Out of the og crusher Wireless, crusher 360 and anc, the crusher evos are the only headphone that constantly tiggles my ears. I've never had that feeling before.
Yes these headphones are worth it, the only problem is the top head band, there can be a pressure point on the back top of my head when wearing them for too long.
In my opinion as well would be the non sweat proof ear bands, I tend to sweat quite a lot because of the bass.

The issue with that rubber coating is that it will wear in a VERY ugly matter after a while.
