If watching tv helps you unwind and relax and you genuinely enjoy it, it's not a bad habit. If you tend to watch fictional shows and read fictional work it's basically the same time spent. You just get the visual effect with fictional tv as opposed to just reading. IMO. Enjoy!
Can I just say how much i look up to you. You hustle hard and even on slow days you are so disciplined cause you get your work done. You make sure to prioritize important people in your life and you're just thriving this year. So glad I found your channel during the pandemic. I feel like anything is possible when i watch your vlogs!
I'm in the "wait for X time before doing the thing" group. It just encourages my procrastination habits... Not a good one to have, but I'm working on changing it.

I definitely procrastinate things more than i would like to. i go threw little phases where im so motivated and do all the self care and things and then i slip back into making excuses! I wish i could stay motivated all the time

To add to the last bit, I always say there's never a right time to start things! Life is always going to happen so sometimes we just need to buckle up and get to it. Motivation isn't something that pops up, it's something we continually have to choose everyday. :)

16:35 I know the feeling. What I often do is finding a shorter rhythm. For example I did this every time I learnd. So I said if I am not starting at the full hour or at half hour I stat by quarter past or quarter for.
That helped me alot getting my shit done 😂
