I would know, considering I had it for Ps2 then sold it and got the Wii version. The Wii version was much better even in graphics. Did anyone saw AngryJoe's review? Some of his points aren't even real at all (for example the view distance is horrible ... while he mentions it everything is foggy and dusty because of the whole area being destroyed) and many things are just exaggerated. I really think, this is his worst review he has ever done.

They wanted to make the characters as movie accurate as possible, which I like. Plus it's useful to dodge the larvae and it's slightly faster then just walking.
