as a lifetime MMA/wrestling instructor, never fight a pro-fighter with all thier teeth, or no califlower ears...or who has a perfect model face....it means they win all thier fights fast and easy..... just like miss abe❤
Califlower ears are just for people who train thoughtless. If you are careful and instantly rest and treat your ears when injured nothing happens. We have very high level wresters here and none have such ears.

Also some men see it as kind of a war medal. In wrestling if you have injured your ear you are sent to the doctor for a drainage.
