Check your parameter name. See if there's any typo that cause Dynamo can't recognize it.

It's creating a list. You can use ["item1", "item2","item3"] to create a list in the code block. Or you can use list.create node.

What Revit version are you using? If you use Revit 2022, try to download archi-lab version 2022.210.1022
