Wowwww ur trio star is truly a Star!! I got last month... after repotting it didn’t survive...I did the mistake of removing it from clay soil. In spite of watering it a day before... it didn’t come out easily... roots were stuck to plastic pot.. so removing it .. it was went through a lot of stress..

I bought Stromanthe Thalia magic star for Rs.50 from a local nursery. It is a pretty big one with more than 6 leaves and had 2 shoots. New leaves are also coming. I think I am lucky. Next time you can visit that nursery when u come to perumbavoor, Kerala. 😀

These guys buy plants from nursery and then make video.😂😂 and you find in many videos the pot and plant exactly looks like a recent purchase from nursery. We all are same nobody is expert here..

In the absence of rain water can we use mineral water meant for drinking i.e., Bisleri drinking water which sold in India. Another thing can we use ground water instead of tap water as tap water contains chemicals.

U can purchase online from Plantsguru, Pune or Sanjay Nursery pune. But it's difficult to maintain such foreign plants in hot mumbai weather. I did purchase other calatheas from same site around upto 500 rs and its over within 4 months. It did not grow well even great care n lots of browning of leaves. Tried misting too.

It's better to grow Ixora, money plants on moss pole, Bougainvilla of different colours, drachaena, croton or rubber plants. They r easiest to care.

I use sea sand that's washed and has no problem at all.
try with shops who sell cement n raiti...ask for gujrat raiti its around rs 90 for 40kg

In my triostar plant the edges are browning so I shifted to shade place what can I do to avoid the edges browning 😔😣
It needs humidity too. A humidity tray or spraying it.
