@houmanraf2887 If you believe that Vancouver is a good investment, then Chilliwack is, too. Chilliwack will benefit so long as Vancouver continues to grow. Just keep in mind that Chilliwack is VERY different from the inner Vancouver suburbs.

So the kind of history that places like Munich, London or Quebec City have just isn’t what Vancouver has to offer…as you discovered. :) Where are you from?
Hi @landonbaretto4933. Everyone is under the weather at the moment but they’ll survive. I didn’t mention West Van in this video, no. It’s obviously a beautiful place but it’s the most expensive suburb so not typically a good alternative for anyone finding Vancouver being too expensive. :)
