    If you aren't going to end up moving to Vancouver, which Vancouver suburb are you planning on moving to?

    At the moment it's far better to move anywhere BUT the city of Vancouver haha

    Ridiculous prices. My beautiful 730 Sq ft condo is 900k!! Who the heck can afford that anymore! 😮

      @johnnyboyvan yeah for sure. It seems ridiculous…but then it keeps going up. I recall people saying similar things my entire life…and I’m pretty old. ;)

    I think I'd probably afford Hope. I mean, I hope I don't end up homeless again. 😅

    What about Chilliwack? Is it a good investment to buy there?

    • @LivingInVancouver-BC

      @houmanraf2887 If you believe that Vancouver is a good investment, then Chilliwack is, too. Chilliwack will benefit so long as Vancouver continues to grow. Just keep in mind that Chilliwack is VERY different from the inner Vancouver suburbs.

      @jamesgeorge8915 appreciate you watching and sharing your thoughts. Sorry to hear you feel that way…it hasn’t been my personal experience where I’ve lived in Vancouver but I’m sure it depends on your exact location.

      @@LivingInVancouver-BC glad you enjoyed it there. I visited for 2 weeks only. The lack of history and glass condos damped my enthusiasm, though the nature was impressive.

      @jamesgeorge8915 we have some of the oldest settlements in North America in the area…but recorded, European history came to this area just about last of all in North America. So the kind of history that places like Munich, London or Quebec City have just isn’t what Vancouver has to offer…as you discovered. :) Where are you from?

    Hey dude- hope you and yours are well. West Van? You didn't mention it.

    • @LivingInVancouver-BC
      @LivingInVancouver-BC  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi @landonbaretto4933. Everyone is under the weather at the moment but they’ll survive. I didn’t mention West Van in this video, no. It’s obviously a beautiful place but it’s the most expensive suburb so not typically a good alternative for anyone finding Vancouver being too expensive. :)
