Algumas dessas comidas eu nunca comi. Moro no Sudeste e essas comidas a maioria faz parte da região norte e nordeste.
Na verdade essas comidas são típicas de apenas uma determinada região, eu mesmo nunca vi a maioria das comidas, e as comidas típicas daqui da minha região são bem diferentes.
Sou do estado de SP, o cus cus Paulista é muito popular por aqui no sul deste do Brasil é um prato salgado a base de farinha de milho, ovos cosidos, cebolas, tomates, ervilhas etc. Não é assado, mas apenas cozido em panelas normais e depois moldados em forma de bolo ou pudim.É um prato relativamente fácil e barato, entre tanto saboroso,🙌💚💛💙 !
