Your descriptions and the visuals are helping me so much in my Exercise Science class. The info is laid out much better than the textbook! Thanks so much.
Dude! This video deserves WAAAAYYYY more likes and views. I’ve never had anyone (or researched anything) as clear as you make it out to be. Awesome work and thank you so much!!
Would love to know about Sarcoplasmic hypertrophy. And also how Myofibrillar hypertrophy and Sarcoplasmic hypertrophy plays a different role in muscle growth. And what leads to which hypertrophy. Always waiting for your videos👍🏽.
Awesome! Thought this was very informative. Thanks for going into the details for this type of hypertrophy. Loved to see new videos on everything you mentioned!👍
Great video, thank you for your amazing explaination. 🤩I just want to point a small mistake here 4:16 "Myofibril can become part of a myofiber" and not the oppposite as you said. Just to avoid confusion. Thank you again!
Question: at the 1:20 second mark you stated that 3 things cause microtrauma; mechanical tension, metabolic stress, AND muscle damage. wouldn't it be accurate to say that muscle damage and microtrauma are the same thing? if so, the list should be 2 things...mech. tension and metabolic stress cause muscle damage...also called a microtrauma. if muscle damage and microtrauma are different and i'm misunderstanding something, can you please explain how? Thank you.
I was going to take advice from you. Then I saw an item in the background of your room that tells me you are not someone many people should be taking advice from because clearly your judgment is way way off.
Lol this is exactly why I have the boring company fire extinguisher on display. Elon is inspiring and doing so much good for our world and yet there are still a bunch of losers on the internet that find a way to complain and hate.

Agreed!
Great content as always. Would love to see a follow up on the Myofibrillar vs Sarcoplasmic Hypertrophy. Keep up the great work!
Thanks!
Here is that video: th-cam.com/video/QuRslYiBGWM/w-d-xo.html

Thank you again!
Just to let you know, Hyperplasia is the neogenisis of musclefibres not Myofibrills. Neogenisis of Myofibrills would be Hypertrophie
Muscle hypertrophy is archieved by microtrauma caused by training and muscle protein synthesis by nutrition
Hi, what a great description and explanation you gave! But by any chance, can you drop the source of information?
Thanks!
Love your videos! Great content, explained simply. Would love videos on everything you mentioned! Much appreciation!
So so helpful! Thank you!
You're welcome!

fabuolus video. thank you for breaking this down.
You're welcome
Hi, I wish you had included Carb and Protein intake (food that is) in that cycle and impacts of which. Thank You!
That's an entire different video with many variables

Don’t you love it when they never answer your question because they don’t know the answer
Great video! Very well explained!
Thank you!
Did you already make a video comparing this to the other process you mentioned in the video? Thanks Matt!
Yes. This one: m.th-cam.com/video/vBy9IDgDwY4/w-d-xo.html&feature=emb_logo
Great presentation on point simple informative 👏
Thanks for your excellent video
Thanks for watching!
Great video! Thank you
Thanks!
So mechanical tension and metabolic stress alone are not enough to trigger hypertrophy? Muscle damage is always required?
yes make a video on sliding filament theory
Do muscle relaxers or pain pills stop the muscle rebuilding process?
nice work❤😊
Great video
U deserve more followers 🙏
Great video ☺️
Thanks!
Nicely explained!
Sir, please adding subtitles in your videos, so that I can easily note down few things
I believe there is an option to turn on subtitles on the bottom right of the video called closed captions CC
Yes
Basically you're explaining normal autophagy. Was this increase measured by muscle biopsy/MRI and can you reference the actual studies showing this?
Def do the other videos!
Question: so if you want to decrease muscle volume, you virtually can't do it because the material was already added? Is there a way of removing it?
Some amount of muscle mass is lost everyday. If you stop building muscle then over time your muscle will decrease
@@TheMovementSystem thanks for your reply!
