Fordyce Creek Trail

- This is a glimpse of the first 1/3rd of the 13 mile long Fordyce Creek Trail located just west of the well known Rubicon Trail in the Sierra Nevada mountains northeast of Sacramento California. Due to time limitations and my open differentials, the first and easiest 5 miles of the trail is all that I saw on this trip. This brings back a lot of memories. When I was a kid in the 70s my family ran these trails all summer long. Fordyce, Rubicon, BB Lake, Calistoga.
Good looking 2 door Cherokee ... You dont see to many of them anymore and especially one that clean ...

i did the same in my zr2 colorado on 34" swampers. too much snow and high water to get past the water crossings.

I thought there was a drought.
Does a drought mean 0 water to you? For reference, that is about 40 cfs on fordyce creek. Last winter, during its peak, it reached over 2000 cfs.
Axles and gears on the white xj?
Is this the one where all the JKs broke? No breaking on the cherokee

cherokee xj comes in only one wheelbase (2,576 mm/101.4 in)
2 door and 4 door have the same wheelbase.
2 door just has a longer door and longer back window
hi guys, took my wife wife out for her first trip in her 95 Cherokee, but unfortunately it snapped a tail shaft bolt. As these bolts are very small, do you guys have an upgrade for them ?

they are very small. same thing happened to my wife jeep cherokee, still looking for an upgrade. The bolts holding the mirrors on my range rover are bigger

what size lift and tires on the xj??
I bought the jeep 8 months ago. It has 4.5 rustys coils up front and a Rough Country long arm lift. I removed the rear leaf springs and put 5.5 lift Rubicon Express. Sits on 35" KM2 BFG.
